We modernised the entire south façade in 12/21 and now also offer floor-to-ceiling panorama windows (can be darkened) on the 1st floor, with a fantastic view of the Schlei (further photos can be requested). At night, you can look out of bed at the starry sky above the Schlei...
In the living and dining room, with underfloor heating, a wonderful view of our property and the Gunnebyer Noor also awaits you. The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors at the dining table facing south can be opened almost completely
The 96 sqm non-smoking house is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village of Schleidorf Ulsnis/Gunneby. The 1500 sqm sunny property with a year-round unobstructed view of the Gunnebyer Noor (Schlei) is particularly worth mentioning. You can expect a rustic, well-equipped holiday home with attention to detail and a fantastic view of the Schlei from the living room and the first floor. Ideal starting point for water and beach lovers (Schlei 2 km / Baltic Sea 15 km), nature lovers, active holidaymakers, those in need of peace and quiet and families. Can be lived in by max. 4 adults and 2 children (exceptions after consultation). Nearest bathing place and local playground only a few minutes' walk away. Fishing possibilities on site.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is nestled between fields on a quiet local road in the village of Gunneby (Ulsnis). The house is set back and slightly hidden behind a stone and tree wall and is of course habitable all year round (partly underfloor heating / gas heating everywhere). In addition, our garage (not suitable for cars) offers plenty of space for your own bikes etc.

Schleswig, Eckernförde and Flensburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Distance to the Baltic Sea about 20 minutes by car, to the North Sea about 60 minutes by car. Gunneby is one of the Schleid villages and lies directly on the Schlei. Nearby is 'Deekelsen' (actually Lindaunis), known from the TV series 'der Landarzt'
Gunneby itself is a small village, off the main roads, nestled between the Schlei, meadows and fields. Gunneby has its own bathing beach, places for fishing and is also an ideal starting point for tours and hikes.

cosy, quiet. relaxing
after a quite spontaneous request, we had - also thanks to the hosts - an absolutely uncomplicated arrival / check-in and, upon entering the property, immediately a cosy, relaxed holiday feeling in this rustic log cabin.
Photos and description keep the promises completely.
The height of the work surface in the kitchen, which is very welcome for taller people, is definitely worth mentioning.

We come again
We stayed in Gunneby for a week in February with two couples
and we liked the holiday house Schleiblick with its tasteful and practical equipment.
Starting with the effective heating, the excellent mattresses and the separate kitchen for our favourite
the separate kitchen for our favourite cooking orgies, we had nothing to complain about.
Nothing was missing, even the firewood came from the house.
Even in the rainy and cold weather, we felt very comfortable and in front of the fireplace we forgot all about the "sluggish" weather in Holstein.
The location is excellent - secluded and quiet and yet you can quickly reach shopping
Shopping facilities and excursion destinations. Especially the museums in Schleswig
Museums are definitely worth a visit.
The service before and during the stay was perfect and exceptionally friendly, and the technical organisation was trouble-free and reliable

We will be back.

Wonderful view of the Schlei, very nice, cozy, detached house.
We had a wonderful week in this very cozy, beautiful house. The living room with its beautiful glass front, fireplace, and underfloor heating was our living center - perfect for reading sessions, games, Lego on the floor, radio plays, and painting at the large table. The unobstructed view of the Schlei is a delight every time you look at it.
Outside, the children danced on the terrace, ran around the fire pit and the house, and enjoyed making stick bread and sitting in the beach chair with us.
From all windows, there are large and small birds to admire, and the moon shines on the beds on the Schlei side.
The children had their own kingdom upstairs with two rooms, if they wanted. The kitchen had everything we needed - and the utility room with washing machine, refrigerator, and microwave was very practical, also for storing supplies. The bathroom with shower and toilet is functional, there are also books, hairdryer, and games, bikes, and garden furniture... - it all fit perfectly for us.

Spirit of Gunneby
We, a band with 5 musicians, have had a very inspiring and creative weekend here, and this is already the 2nd time. Definitely not the last time either. You can relax wonderfully here and implement musical ideas at the same time. Just the quiet location alone is perfect for it, you immediately forget the everyday stress.
Gunneby, we will be back!!!!!!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Wunderschön gelegen, mit einem herrlichen Blick, von der Veranda aus, auf einen Seitenarm der Schlei.
free time activities: Man hat sehr viele Möglichkeiten, kommt immer darauf an, was man machen möchte. Ob Wandern, Segeln, Reiten, Kultur u.s.w.
Hier findet jeder was er möchte.
shopping facilities: Von großen Supermärkten bis kleine individuelle Läden mit Backwaren, bis hin zum Kunsthandwerk, ist alles im Umland zu erreichen.

super beautiful holiday home on the Schlei
We arrived with a total of 4 adults and celebrated New Year's Eve by the fireplace in the spacious holiday home.
The living area has been newly renovated and enlarged. The new large glass front offers a great view of the Schlei.
We were completely thrilled with the house and can only recommend it!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Toller Ausblick auf die Schlei, großer sonniger Garten! Die Umgebung ist ruhig und läd zum Entspannen ein!
free time activities: Durch die Nähe zu Schlei und Ostsee Wassersport und Strandurlaub möglich. Auch die Orte in der Umgebung sind ein Besuch wert.
shopping facilities: Nächster Supermarkt in 5 bis 10 Autominuten erreichbar.
