Detached house with enclosed garden in a green park. Beach is a few minutes walk away (1 km).
The stone house has 75 square meters. The ground floor houses the entrance hall with cloakroom, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, and the bright living room and a kitchen with 6 Pers. Dining area. From the living area is accessed via a staircase to the gallery with 2 single beds and from there into the second bedroom with 2 single beds and a cot. The living room comes with a wide sliding door in the closed garden.

Small house, ideal for 2 people with dog. Large, enclosed terrace with sturdy seating furniture and the possibility to barbecue
Large play area for the "dog" in front of the house. Beautifully situated in
park with old trees. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and relaxation.
