With a holiday living area of 65 m² distributed over a bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchen, two small bedrooms and a lounge area, this accommodation offers relaxation for families up to 4 people or for friends who want to enjoy a holiday together. (extra bed possible) The "little brother" Haus Achterwasser in the same property is ideal for 2 people (extra bed possible)
The bathroom is equipped with shower and shower curtain, WC, bathroom stool, towel radiator, washbasin with shelf and mirror, hairdryer, clothes horse and waste bin. There is an insect screen on the window. A washing machine is also available, which can be used with tokens.
The separate kitchen with door and window has a continuous work surface with cooker and oven. Microwave, combi fridge with two freezers, coffee maker, modern

The heating is installed in the small storage room next to the kitchen, which allows the holiday home to be used all year round. A small selection of smittel and sgeräte such as hoovers, buckets etc. and bins for waste separation are also located in there.
The living room with its two generously sized leather couches offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. If you want to relax or balance the day or if you want to get information with the usual media, you will not be disappointed either. There is a radio, a flat screen TV with SAT receiver and if you have taken your notebook with you, you can use a USB stick (prepaid) for the internet connection.
Family board games, badminton, boules and a small selection of summer reading books can be used to make the most of the holiday season. A permanently installed home safe is available free of charge.
Another room in the summer half-year is the conservatory, which offers a charming view of the garden.
In the two bedrooms, duvets, pillows and sanitary towels are provided for the specified number of persons. Blackout options with over-curtains and insect screens on the windows ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Bed linen and towels can be booked on request. Enough storage space is provided by a large wardrobe.
The wood-planked terrace is equipped with an adjustable sun blind and thus offers shade on very sunny days, as desired.
The holiday home with its garden, which is freely accessible at all times, invites you to sit on the garden furniture. In addition to this garden furniture, there is also a barbecue.
Not unimportant for all car drivers: your car can be parked directly next to the holiday home and thus always remains in view.

Due to the favourable location between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, the strip of land here is the narrowest on the island of Usedom , the healing factors of the sea climate, the purity of the air, its strong ozone content and the metabolism-stimulating air currents come into their own.
Idyllically located on the eastern edge of the amber resort of Koserow, with a wonderful unobstructed view of the field, forest, the Achterwasser and the Streckelberg, is the appealing holiday home Erdmute.
The beautiful view from the windows of the holiday home flatters the soul of the nature lover. The Achterwasser is clearly visible on the horizon. There are no obstacles to spoil the view, as the field behind the house is also part of the holiday home. This seclusion from tourist traffic and the tranquillity, due to the excellent location, skilfully underline the special nature of this holiday domicile.

MORE details such as occupancy plan, prices, booking options etc. on our website or google Haus Erdmute The small seaside resort of Koserow, which originated from an old Slavic settlement, is located on one of the narrowest parts of the island, which is only about 1.5 km wide here, between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. The character of the Amber Spa is a quiet, idyllic rural one. The favourable location between the two bodies of water means that the curative factors of the maritime climate are particularly effective. The summer climate is mild, temperate and refreshing. Koserow was first mentioned in a document in 1347. Between the shady chestnut trees and surrounded by a wall, Koserow has a medieval church from the 13th century that is well worth seeing. it was the first church on the island. The pastor Meinhold, who is also regarded as Usedom's most important poet and author of the novel "Die Bernsteinhexe" (The Amber Witch), worked here. It is the story of a witch trial during the 30-year war in and around Koserow. The legend is still so vivid today and is performed annually as a play as part of the summer festival "Klassik am Meer". The highest elevation on the coast is the legendary Streckelsberg, planted with beech trees and formerly called "Witter Barg" (White Mountain). It is an approx. 57 m high cliff-edge dune. The feared pirate Klaus Störtebecker is said to have had his hideouts in the caves here. From up here, on a clear day, you can see the hills of the island of Rügen to the west. To the northwest, you can see the island of Oie, which draws attention to itself in the evening with its beacon. To the east, you can see the white steep shores of the neighbouring island of Wollin. A concrete-reinforced wall, called the Brandungsmauer, was built in the Streckelberg to protect it from the steady erosion of the cliffs caused by storm surges. Because of the danger of collapse and the resulting decades-long closure of the beach section, which could no longer be used continuously, it was decided in the 1990s to build a new concrete wall with dune planting. The beach accesses to the wide, white sand are built into the coast like serpentines and are somewhat difficult to climb. On the other hand, this section of the beach is relatively deserted and absolutely relaxing. About 4 km offshore, recognisable by the strong surf, is the Vineta Reef, piled up of granite blocks, to which the legend of the sunken city of Vineta is linked. According to this legend, the flourishing trading city of Vineta with its golden towers was once swallowed up by the sea at this spot. It is said that Sunday children can hear the bells of Vineta ringing early on Easter Sunday. The seaside resort of Koserow, together with the villages of Zempin, Kölpinsee/Loddin and Ückeritz/Stuppenfelde, is one of the 4 amber spas. Amber can be found on the Baltic Sea beach early in the morning after stormy nights. It is a popular collector's item, souvenir and jewellery. Sights in the Baltic resort of Koserow include the new pier at the end of the main beach with the typical woven beach chairs set up in rows, the fishermen's beach with the old thatched salt huts, where duty-free salt used to be stored for salting Baltic fish and which is now a tourist centre with fish restaurants and souvenir shops. Picture collection and exhibitions is a special cultural site. Its "Lüttenort" is a museum and open to everyone. Koserow used to be a very poor fishing village. It nestled huddled behind the Streckelsberg mountain. The healing air of the sea was recognised there. The imperial spas of Ahlbeck. Heringsdorf and Bansin were built for the aristocracy. The fishing village of Koserow developed into a family health resort. Today Koserow is a recognised seaside resort. Along the long main street are many shops, hotels, restaurants, cafés. The mostly whitewashed villas, hotels and guesthouses are once again in very good condition. The Usedomer Bäderbahn connects the amber spas with the imperial spas on the island, which is only about 43 km long, and runs from the ducal town of Wolgast on the mainland to Swinemünde, which lies on the eastern Polish part of the island. The excellently signposted hiking and cycling trails, mostly off the main roads, are also worthy of mention. The Bodden landscape along the Achterwasser offers plenty of peace and relaxation. Those looking for bathing experiences and action will find this at the coastal resorts. Everyone can discover something for themselves. wir haben hier tolle 14 Tagen Urlaub verbracht, mit vielen Ausflügen auf Land auf der See. Das Ferienhaus lädt auch mal nur zum Faullenzen einen.

Schönes ortsnahes Ferienhaus im Grünen
Unsere Ferienwoche im Juli war wunderbar. Der großzügige Garten ermöglicht einen angenehmen Aufenthalt am Haus - sonnig oder schattig nach Bedarf. Der Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus: ein Gedicht. Ansonsten ist Koserow und die Umgebung die Reise wert. Vom Haus aus ist es gut möglich, an den Strand oder das Achterwasser zu kommen.
