IMPORTANT NOTE: due to COVID-19 omeasures, the house is available for tourist accommodation since 21.5.2021 with a stable incidence value below 100. A negative test must be presented on arrival or proof of vaccination (fully vaccinated). Circumstances may change depending on COVID-19 regulations.
The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a neat little house in Sonthofen in the district of Berghofen near the Grünten mountain. The flat consists of a bedroom with double bed (200x160), wardrobe and TV, bathroom with steam shower and whirlpool tub, living room with wood-burning stove, L-shaped kitchen, dining area, sofa and wall unit (TV). The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed (190x140). Outside there is a terrace. Terrace furniture is available, wooden privacy fence to the neighbouring house and to the street, glass windbreak to the meadow, sunshade, barbecue). A car parking space directly on the road at the entrance to the property is available. A shed for bicycles or skis is also available on request. The flat is small but nice. A young family with child and cats lives in the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The district of Berghofen is rural with an original village structure and is directly attached to Sonthofen. It is just under 2 kilometres to the town centre of Sonthofen. Nearby: Oberstdorf, Bad Hindelang, Kempten, Immenstadt, Sonthofen belongs to the "Alpsee-Grünten holiday region" and offers close-to-nature, family-friendly recreational and active holidays in the middle of the Upper Allgäu. In summer you can go hiking, cycling and swimming. In winter, there are several nearby skiing areas such as Ofterschwang, Bolsterlang, Nebelhorn, Fellhorn, Söllereck Whether museums, shops and businesses, restaurants, the Wonnemar for swimming, the Starzlachklamm, many alpine pastures and beautiful countryside in the surrounding area - everything is on offer!

Ein wenig Enttäuscht
Wir haben die Wohnung für 10 Tage gemietet und können sie auch nur bedingt weiterempfehlen. Die Matratze im Doppelbett das von der Größe her ausreicht ist leider durchgelegen und man rollt in die Mitte, da wäre eine neue Anschaffung von Nöten. Des Weiteren wären auch neue vor allen Dingen scharfe Messer in der Küche zu empfehlen. Leider ist die Wohnung auch sehr hellhörig nach oben und die Mieter die zwar nett sind nehmen auch nicht wirklich Rücksicht. Die Dampffunktion der Dusche ist auch leider defekt, auch der gutgemeinte Ausweichplatz hinter dem Haus zum sitzen ist nicht wirklich nutzbar, da es sehr sehr schmal ist und man nicht gemütlich sitzen kann. Die Hauptterasse ist zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit den Dauermietern vorgesehen. Wenn man seine Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist die Wohnung vielleicht nicht so ganz das richtige. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung recht schnuckelig aber auch sehr dunkel. Nach täglichen Unternehmungen hat man vielleicht auch den Wunsch sich bei schönem Wetter auf die Terrasse zu setzen und möchte wohl erwarten können, seine Erholung zu finden. Nicht jeden Abend die Mieter sowie umliegende Nachbarn beim Bier trinken, umbauen und reparieren von diversen Maschinen und Gerätschaften im Hof bis in die späten Abendstunden zu haben.

Danke für Ihr Feedback. Sehr schade, dass sie enttäuscht sind. Probleme wie unscharfe Messer in der Küche sollten und können jederzeit sofort an uns und die Verwalter herangetragen werden, damit wir noch während ihres Urlaubs eine Chance haben zu reagieren. Die Messer werden wir sofort prüfen. Die Matratze ist relativ neu, aber auch diese werden wir selbstverständlich gleich überprüfen. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses mit einer weiteren Wohnung und das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet, so ist es auch beschrieben. Und auf die Mieter lasse ich nichts kommen, sie nehmen Rücksicht und kümmern sich sofort, wenn es etwas zu kümmern gibt. Der Dampf in der Dusche ist defekt und wird repariert, sobald es möglich ist ohne Gäste dadurch zu stören. Die Reparatur ist leider etwas aufwändiger und in der Zeit kann weder Bad noch Wohnung benutzt werden. Wir planen es passend ein. Die Terrasse steht für Gäste zur Verfügung. Das haben wir extra so geändert, weil das Feedback vorher so war, dass die Terrasse besser wäre, als der Garten. Wir werten die Rückmeldungen laufend aus und passen an und das werden wir auch gern weiterhin tun. Deshalb nochmal eine Dankeschön für ihre Anregungen.

Very cosy little flat.
The two of us were able to enjoy a very cosy and relaxed time in this flat
Everything you need was there.
The flat was clean and the bathroom was the highlight.
The contact with the landlords, as with the permanent tenants, was very good and friendly
We can recommend the flat to others.
P.S.: In our opinion, it is not suitable for more than 2 adults and 1 child/or dog, as it is quite small.

Enttäuschend
Von der Wohnung aus hat man keinen Blick auf den Grünten. Stattdessen schaut man auf die Wand des Nachbarhauses. Die Küche ist abgenutzt und es fehlt an gutem und neuem Inventar. Die Wohncouch ist fleckig und unbequem. Der Laminat kaputt und zerkratzt. Auch das "wohlfühl"Bad konnte nicht überzeugen. Die Wanne ist sehr zerkratzt, was man nicht sieht aber fühlt wenn man drin sitzt. Die Kloschüssel hat einen grossen Sprung und auch die Duschkabine ist im unteren Bereich nicht schön anzusehen. Einziger Pluspunkte ist die zentrale Lage. Ansonsten enttäuschend.
