In our new half-timbered house "Altes Zollhaus am Strand", which was acquired in 2013 (built in 2004), we offer you 5 modern and exclusive holiday flats. The complex is located directly on the longest sandy beach on the island of Rügen
The two 3-room flats are on the ground floor and have a living space of approx. 49 m². The flats have a living room (with a fully equipped fitted kitchen), two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. Each flat has its own seating area, a beach chair and a parasol in the spacious garden. The sitting areas are separated by hedges and bushes
For our anglers we offer : various motor boats, fish cleaning place, fish kitchen with freezing facilities as well as barbecue and smoking facilities.

For the 3rd ,4th ,possibly 5th person (adults as well as children over 5 years) a surcharge of 12,00 €, for children under 5 years 6,00 € per night and person will be charged. We are happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge. - Sofern ein behördlich angeordnetes `coronabedingtes Vermietungsverbot` zu der gebuchten Reisezeit erneut vorliegend sein sollte, wird die Buchung `automatisch sowie kostenlos` storniert!!! Ansonsten gelten die Stornierungsbedingungen entsprechend den in der Buchungsbestätigung aufgeführten Geschäftsbedingungen!

Durchaus zu empfehlen
Schöne FeWo in toller Lage (1 Min. zum Strand), schön gross und gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine !!!)
WLAN ist toll - hat allerdings nicht immer funktioniert.
Die Parkplatz-Situation ist in der Tat manchmal schwierig, weil die Parkplätze nicht den Wohnungen zugeordnet sind und manchmal auch Kunden der "Alten Räucherei" gegenüber darauf parken. Da wäre ein deutlichere Markierung hilfreich.
Nun das Jammern auf hohem Niveau:
Leider machen die Plissee-Rollos nicht wirklich dunkel und wie ein anderer Urlauber schrieb, ist das Haus recht hellhörig.
Gefehlt hat uns ein grosses Messer in der Küche - für Selbstversorger, die nicht nur aus der Dose essen.
Bei einem 2wöchigen Urlaub sollte ein Handtuchwechsel selbstverständlich sein - dass ich da im Urlaub meine Handtücher selbst waschen soll in so einer doch hochwertigeren Unterkunft, finde ich eher unpassend.

Seit Jahren unser Stammdomizil
Wir ffahren seit Jahren einmal im Jahr nach Rügen zum Fischen und haben verschiedene mehr oder weniger gute Unterkünfte von Ferienwohnung bis Haus ausprobiert. Das Alte Zollhaus ist eine Top Kombi von Komfort und Nähe zur Marina da wir nicht auf dem Bodden sondern auf Dorsch gehen. Auch sehr komfortable Fischputzplatz, Einfriermöglichkeit etc. sowie kurze Fußwege zum Einkaufen runden das Paket ab. Wer es ruhiger angeghen will kann auch lange Spaziergänge unternehmen. Die Strandpromenade beginnt direlt am Haus und wenn mann will kann man ca.8 km am Strand bis Juliusruh laufen.

Schöner Silvesterurlaub
Schöne Wohnung. Top Fussbodenheizung, im Winter ein Traum. Schöne Lage. Haben schöne Tage erleben dürfen. Manko war die Parkplatzbelegung und das die Wohnung etwas hellhörig war. Sonst alles tip top.
