Description
Covering an area of 3500 square meters, our house requires comfort and peace with 5 rooms, 10m pool and free terrain and the children all sanistations.
In the vicinity of Mont Ventoux, Carpentras, Vaison la Romaine, Avignon and Pernes les Fontaines, shortly before the vineyards of Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Beaumes de Venise, you will have fun and good time!
On the ground floor of this comfortable holiday home with about 120 square meters, there are two living rooms with a double bed (one with access to the terrace), living room (with fireplace, satellite TV, access to the terrace) and the dining room, next to a wide kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, freezer and washing machine, access to the terrace. A separate toilet and a bathroom with bath u. Double sink.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms, a wide with a m bed and a twin bedroom (nursery), a bathroom with shower and sink. Balcony overlooking the Mont Ventoux. Before the house there is a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, next to the house eiene wide garden with verscheiden Arte Baume as Olive, Cedar, Kirschbaümer etc and a bowling alley. The private swimming pool is approx 10 mx 5 m in size, depth m - m. A small pet may be brought. Parking (also covered) are available on the property.

The house is in Serres, in the Umbegung of Carpentras (5min), between the roads going to Le Barroux (10 min), Vaison La Romaine (Baumes de Venise, Vacqueyras, Dentelles de Montmirail, Mont Ventoux / 25 min) and Bédoin (5 min) lead.

In the middle some of the richest area of Vaucluse, where you can umreichenden Different varieties of fruits and vegetables find (market on Friday flea market every Sunday).
Carpentras is a Freizeitzenrum, with plenty of cultural and sporting opportunities: History The nature and require a lot of opportunities, as well as Mont Ventoux, Dentelles de Montmirail, either on foot or by bicycle.
The Gesischte has left all sorts Spürren in Carpentras. Roman triumphal arch, the Middle Ages (OrangenTor) Gottische and Barrock Einflüssse are also manageable (St Siffrein church, Hospice de Charité).

A relaxing holiday at the Villa du Soleil
We were greeted warmly on arrival and found the cottage in perfect clean condition. It is located on the outskirts of Carpentras, the very large park-like property allows many outdoor activities - don't forget the boules balls. In addition to various terraces around the house and the pool, there are other outbuildings, some of which are no longer in use. The house itself is extremely spacious. There were only two of us, so we didn't use the second floor, for example, with three more bedrooms more suitable for children, a play area and a small shower/toilet combination. Plenty of space and the large, fully glazed and bright terrace have advantages especially in the rain and cold wind.
A highlight is the large, clean pool, unheated and therefore particularly refreshing. A car is necessary, but all shopping can be done quickly in Carpentras (we recommend the great market on Fridays) and the surrounding area. There are many other attractive small towns and villages within easy reach, which are always worth a visit, such as Bedoin (here we found the best baguette for us in a small boulangerie). We like to walk with our dog on holiday. Many beautiful circular walks with impressive views and vistas can be reached from the house in a short time. We can recommend the collection of 12 tours in the area, which is available at the tourist information for a small price. The wine lover will find an overwhelming choice of wineries in the region, the olive oil produced here is of special quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in a scenic and diverse region.

Short vacation in October 2019
The Villa du Soleil is a spacious house with a large garden with beautiful trees. Everything is available in the kitchen to cook delicious meals. The housekeeper was very helpful and attentive. There is no WIFI. The house was clean and tidy. Thanks to the beautiful weather, we (my youngest daughter, me, and our Cane Corso) really enjoyed our short vacation in October!
