The 4-star holiday home Wohlert () with 140 sqm living space and an enclosed plot of 1500 sqm is ideal for your family and pet Baltic Sea holiday. It convinces with the layout of living and dining room as well as kitchen and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms with bathroom on the upper floor. With this room layout, we offer you an optimal range of living space for your beautiful Baltic Sea holiday. On about 140 sqm there are 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living and dining room, kitchen as well as the hallway with wardrobe. All rooms are comfortably furnished. Hot water and heat are provided by an oil-fired central heating system.
We want you to feel completely comfortable on holiday and offer you the comfort of a real top holiday home in our 4-star holiday home.

Location and surroundings of object
The 4-star Wohlert holiday home is situated on its own 1500 sqm plot in the village of Kaköhl, about 1.7 km from the beautiful Sehlendorf beach. Due to the quiet sandy road location, there is no disturbing through traffic. To the Sehlendorfer beach it is only 3 minutes by car, with the bicycle approx. 7 minutes. To Lütjenburg it is only 5 minutes by car with all shopping possibilities. Blekendorf and its diverse face
The holiday community Blekendorf is situated directly in the Hohwachter Bucht and covers an area of hectares and currently has approx. inhabitants. It consists of 8 villages: Blekendorf, Friederikenthal, Futterkamp, Kaköhl, Nessendorf, Rathlau, Sechendorf and Sehlendorf. The municipality is mainly agriculturally oriented with a few small businesses, but tourism is of great importance for the municipality with approx. overnight stays per year. The beautiful, stone-free natural beach with the landscape and nature conservation areas in Sehlendorf is essential for this.
The Sehlendorf beach is an almost four-kilometre-long, wonderful, soft, beautiful, wide and stone-free natural sandy beach in the midst of magnificent dune scenery, adjacent to the large nature reserve "Sehlendorfer Binnensee". It is perfectly suitable for children as the water here is very shallow, it is guarded by the DLRG and the sandbank begins directly on the shore.
Sporty holidaymakers will not miss out in our holiday region. Numerous fitness activities are all possible in and around Kaköhl. While swimming, diving, sailing, rowing, beach volleyball, cycling, horseback riding, tennis and miniature golf are more summer pastimes, several golf courses in the immediate vicinity attract visitors all year round. Other activities such as fishing, dancing and hunting are also possible outside the high season.
The town of Lütjenburg is about 6 km away, there are supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, drugstores, restaurants and everything that a small town should have! There is a weekly market every Wed. and Sat. from to o'clock.
Panker Castle is only about 8 km away. The "Hessenstein" lookout tower, which stands on the 128 m high Pilsberg, is a popular destination. Once you have climbed the 111 steps, you will be rewarded with a fantastic view from Kiel to Denmark!
As one of the sunniest regions in Germany, the Hohwachter Bucht offers you numerous possibilities for organising your holiday. This means that the autumn and winter months are by no means less attractive than the main holiday season in summer.

Beautiful house with lots of space
We had a very nice week in a great house with plenty of space for the whole family. The house is very well furnished, the kitchen has everything you need. Even for the little ones, everything is taken care of thanks to stair protection and bed rails, there are toys and in the garden a trampoline, nest swing and vehicles. The fresh pears were particularly nice.
The house was very clean and nicely furnished. We definitely would like to come back. A big thank you to the nice landlords.
