Description
Our holiday homes are located on a spacious property in Loiz (municipality of Witzin) in an out-of-town location surrounded by woods and meadows. The holiday home (House B) was completely modernised in 2012-2013 and is comfortably furnished. In addition to the large living room with wood-burning stove and a small open kitchen area as well as a directly connected outdoor terrace facing south, there is a bedroom with double bed and an extra room with WC and shower. Our guests can use the sauna area at any time.

The small village of Loiz belongs to the municipality of Witzin - only a seven-minute drive away from the state-recognised resort town of Sternberg with its medieval town centre ... Here you will find everything you need: various food markets, bakers and restaurants as well as a petrol station and bicycle and canoe rental. The extensive grounds, the nearby village of Loiz and the surrounding area of the Sternberg lakeland, as well as the proximity to the Baltic Sea, offer many recreational opportunities. Those who want to be physically active can let off steam in the surrounding area: whether canoeing, horseback riding, golfing, swimming in lakes or the Baltic Sea, jogging or cycling on beautiful forest paths or trolley rides - there is something for everyone. Those who like it quieter can take a walk through the forest to the old Slavic settlement or the old-timer museum in Groß Raden or visit the environmental and nature park in Güstrow. Nature lovers will find a paradise in the surroundings of Loiz: there are 20 protected landscape areas in the district of Parchim alone. The landscape is characterised by gentle terminal moraine hills and beautiful glacial valleys such as those of the Warnow and Mildenitz rivers. Day trips to the "big" cities of Schwerin, Güstrow, Wismar and Rostock offer plenty of culture and history to touch and experience.

The best experience
Thank you very much for the great holiday. If you love nature and the silence of the countryside, this is exactly the right place for us. Our radio network was also completely ok, with a small hotspot we could even watch TV on the Lapi. It was a real experience. Many thanks for the friendly welcome and the great holiday. I don't think I have ever seen so many animals in one week. We will definitely come again. Thumbs up and keep it up!

Süßes kleines Ferienhaus mitten im Wald
Wir waren super zufrieden in diesem idyllischen Ferienhaus in der Sternberger Seenlandschaft. Durch reichlich Informationen über die nähere Umgebung, die vom Vermieter liebevoll zusammen gestellt wurden, wurde uns nie langweilig. Ob eine Kanutour, eine Draisinenfahrt, ein Ausflug ans Meer oder in die Landeshauptstadt Schwerin: Für jeden lässt sich etwas finden. Auch regelmäßige Joggingrunden und Spaziergänge durch den Wald haben wir sehr genossen. Der Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt :-) Vielen Dank!

Erholung pur
Einfach nur traumhaft...wer die Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist dort genau richtig. Kein Autolärm oder ähnliches. Den Wald direkt vor der Nase. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für lange Spaziergänge oder Radtouren. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank,an den wirklich sympathischen Vermieter, für diese sehr schöne Woche die wir dort verleben durften. Wir werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen. Leider habe ich vergessen den tollen Kräuterstrauss mitzunehmen

Einfach genial
Wir waren mit unseren hunden eine woche im urlaub in diesem ferienhaus ! Es war einfach perfekt es hat uns an nichts gefehlt wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und konnten einfach mal abschalten und uns in der reinen natur erholen ! Wir haben uns die adresse und Telefonnummer fest eingespeichert weil wir zu 100 prozent wieder kommen werden ! Wer mal abschalten will vom alltagsstress und es abgelegen und ruhig mag ist in diesem ferienhaus genau richtig ! Es ist genau so wie auf den fotos gezeigt ! Auch die vermieter haben einen wirklich netten und freundlichen eindruck hinterlassen ! Also wir kommen wieder

Ruhe und Freiheit
Der Titel "Urlaub im Wald" stimmt. Raus aus dem Grundstück und wir standen im Wald-genau das was wir brauchten: Ruhe, kaum Menschen, Natur, lange Wege für uns und unseren Vierbeiner. Unendliche Wander- und Fahrradtouren.
Das Haus ist geräumig und mit allem Notwendigen (der Kamin war sehr gut an kühlen Abenden) ausgestattet. Auf der überdachten Terrasse übersteht man jeden Regenguss ohne ins Haus zu müssen. Die Terrasse ist mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke ausgestattet.
Aufgrund anderer Erfahrungen: Bad mit Dusche absolut Top, Geschirr nicht zusammengestückelt, Haus einschließlich Bett absolut sauber. Da wir zwei Wochen dort waren, waren wir auch für die Wechselbettwäsche und vielen Handtücher dankbar.
Wer Ruhe sucht und / oder einen Startpunkt zur Erkundung der Gegend mit Auto oder Fahrrad, dem ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.
Zum Schluss für Handy-Abhängige ist der Ort nicht geeignet: Wald=wenig Netz. Aber wer will das schon im Urlaub.

Traumhaft schön!
Ich kann den Urlaub im Wald zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Entspannung garantiert für alle, die dem Großstadtlärm und dem Alltagsstress einmal entfliehen wollen! Mit großer Detailverliebtheit ausgestattet. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Aber: Es besteht große Gefahr, nicht mehr abreisen zu wollen! :)

Es war ein genialer Urlaub
Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir waren als Familie dort 2 Erwachsene - ein Kind und haben es total genossen diese Ruhe. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen, allerdings nie ohne Auto oder Fahrrad. Können wir nur empfehlen und würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schön gelegen mit netten Vermietern und Top ausgestattet!
Wir haben uns kurzfristig zu einem Urlaub entschieden und haben mit der Wahl dieses Ferienhauses einen echten Glückgriff getan. Die Vermieter sind uns sehr nett und flexibel entgegen gekommen (trotz kurzfristiger Buchung) und bei Anreise waren wir sehr erfreut über das wunderschöne Ferienhaus mitten im Grünen. Es ist sehr ruhig und entspannend. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und lässt keine Wünsche offen, wenn man auf TV & Radio verzichten kann. Zur Erholung ist der umliegende Wald perfekt. Die Ostsee ist nicht weit weg, ansonsten gibt es genug Seen in der näheren Umgebung um baden zu gehen. Kanu-Touren sind im 5 Minuten entfernten Ort buchbar und Schwerin ist ebenfalls in gut 45 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

shopping facilities: 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, zur Not auch mit dem Rad erreichbar.
