Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is situated on the meadow slope to the Streganz Lake, approx. 25 m to the lake. It is possible to swim from the slabs with bathing shoes or by bathing ladder from the boat at any point of the entire lake. And the house is in the middle of the NATURE; it MAY be that spiders and a few forest beetles (also American pine bugs, but no cockroaches) look whether the holidaymakers feel well. Therefore, one fear it is forest and nature pure.
The house is comfortably furnished. You can end the day in the evening on the terrace with a cosy open fire. (Wood is to be brought along) With forest fire stage 3,4 u. 5 do not grill also only electrically

The Dahme Cycle Path, with a total length of 130 km between Berlin-Köpenick and Dahme/Mark, follows the course of the river Dahme. Dogs after arrangement per dog 15 EUR on the day all the same which greetings. Bed linen and towels (2 towels, 1 shower towel, 1 tea towel) can be rented for 15,00 EUR per person
With confirmation by the landlord, 20 % are to be paid immediately and 6 weeks before arrival the remaining 80 % of the rent is to be paid.
In case of cancellation 4 weeks before arrival there is no refund.
Arrival and departure day are the same day (arrival day 3 p.m. departure day 10 a.m.). The rubbish has to be separated. No kitchen leftovers in the rubbish (there are bins for this on the property). If there is a mix-up, 3.50 EUR per bag must be paid
Operating costs are billed according to meter readings, gas and electricity as well as waste water
The landlord requires a deposit of 100 EUR, which will be checked on the day of departure

Pure nature!
Our vacation with child and dog was simply fantastic. The area is so beautiful, the forest, the lakes. The accommodation is lovingly and very comfortably furnished. And also Mrs. Kauer is a very kind, nice woman. We will definitely come back next year.
