Description
The Karlsruh holiday home is a small, dreamy cottage in an almost isolated location. It has several rooms on two levels. On the ground floor there are four bedrooms with two single beds each, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and two shared bathrooms. This level is available for bookings of up to eight people
On the upper floor, you first enter a living room with a sitting area, fireplace and the possibility of an extra bed. Here you can sleep or celebrate on 56 m². Smaller seminars are possible as well as family celebrations or yoga exercises. A sleeping chamber with a double bed leads off from the main room, as well as the sleeping loft located in the roof
The cottage is surrounded by a 2300m² plot, where children can play close to nature. Depending on the season, you can nibble on fruit trees, barbecue by the fireplace, sunbathe on the lawn or simply rest
There is a parking niche for two to three cars on the small cul-de-sac in front of the house.

The exact location of the accommodation can be seen most clearly on the map.
Karlsruh is located in the triangle of cities Prenzlau, Pasewalk, Szczecin, near the national road L322 from Brüssow to Pasewalk. The towns are 20 to 30 km away and offer shopping facilities, open-air swimming pools, sights and much more that is worth a trip. There is also a train connection there
The A20 motorway is about 10 km away, and the Prenzlau Ost exit is the most convenient
The Berlin-Usedom cycle path crosses Prenzlau at a distance of 20 km, the Gutsherrenradtour crosses Brüssow, 3 km away
Brüssow itself is connected by bus to Prenzlau and Löcknitz, but the holiday home can be reached by bicycle or car, as it is located in the middle of the uckermark expanse between fields and lakes, forests and avenues of fruit trees, so in the middle of nowhere, where fox and hare say "good night" to each other.
The house itself is surrounded by fields, and 300 m away is the historically associated four-sided farm. In the morning, the cranes stride in search of food, in the evening you can watch grazing deer, hares, foxes and other animals, accompanied in early summer by the croaking of frogs from surrounding ponds and pools.
Since it is a single homestead, the nearby places are now described. The accommodation is close to the smallest town in the Uckermark: Brüssow. There is a bakery, a corner shop, a savings bank, a pharmacy, there is a market on Wednesday and Friday; at the lake there is a lido with boat rental and a restaurant. There is a tourist information centre in the library, a local history museum is open on Wednesdays, there is a liqueur factory and on some days there is a film in the cinema.
From the holiday home you can see the villages of Karlsruh and Fahrenwalde, both small villages with historical ambience. Fahrenwalde has a charming church and occasional cultural events
To the east of the house is the Caselower Heide, an extensive wooded area with hiking trails and an excursion pub: the Heidemühle.

And another hint in cultural terms: close by is Bröllin Castle, a place where exhibitions can be seen or dance, theatre and performance shows entertain in the evenings.
