In our holiday flat in Zinnowitz you can stay with 4 people + 1 extra bed. We provide you with 1 bathroom, 1 kitchenette, 1 bedroom and 1 living/bedroom as well as a small multi-purpose room (single or double bunk bed). You have satellite TV, garden furniture and 1 free parking space for your car.
Our kitchen has a complete kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave and other inventory.
In your bathroom you will find a shower and of course a toilet and a washbasin.

In our holiday flats, which are only about 5 minutes away from the fine sandy beach in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, we offer you the following services

*** You can use our common room "de gaude Stuw" by arrangement. *** The 704-year-old Zinnowitz, with its 160 years of bathing life, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guesthouses were built in impressive architecture, which together with the generously laid out promenade create a unique picture.
Situated between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, on one of the narrowest parts of Usedom, the village is surrounded by beech, oak and coniferous forests. The white, gently sloping sandy beach is just as inviting for relaxation as the Amber Spa with its 850 square metre seawater swimming area or a sea trip on the Baltic Sea or the Achterwasser.
