We are proud to present our house. It is a newly built modern home, but at the same time, it has retained the charm of old tradition. This peaceful stylish house opens its door to hot welcome guests from all over the world. It is located in the leafy suburb of Porec, this beautiful secluded place Bujici is only 3km away from the city. After a few minutes driving time they are the beautiful beaches or the center of the town of Porec know.
Near the house are located, Konobe, restaurants, pizzerias, shopping malls (2km), routes, ...
It offers a living area of 125 m2 with a landscaped garden and a large private outdoor hot tub. It also offers an opportunity for a comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people.
Ground floor:
• Fully equipped kitchen that includes: fridge / freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine.

• dining room with access to the terrace
• Spacious living room with closed fireplace, also with access to the terrace and pool, they decide whether to use the sunny or shaded terrace.

Ein aussergewöhnlich schönes Haus
Wir haben 10 Tage in der Villa Nika gewohnt. Hier stimmt einfach alles: Ein äußerst freundlicher und hilsbereiter Vermieter, das Haus brandneu mit allem Komfort, schöner Garten mit Whirlpool, alles blitzsauber und bequem, der Preis moderat. Wir kommen wieder!
