Description
This completely new and cosily furnished apartment in Koserow on the island of Usedom is available for rent all year round.
It is modernly furnished and suitable for 2-4 people. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The flat is on the ground floor and is completely furnished with laminate and tiles.
The living room is equipped with a corner couch, armchair, coffee table, reading lamp and a sideboard.
If required, the couch can be pulled out and used as a sofa bed for 2 people.
A flat screen TV, blueray player and radio/CD are available. The dining area with 4 chairs offers enough space.
From the living room you have direct access to the large covered south-east balcony with chairs, table and parasol
Adjacent is the open kitchen area with fridge and 3-star freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine
The kitchen is equipped with complete inventory (dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc.).
In the bedroom there is a double bed 2,00 x 2,00 m,
Bedside tables with lamps and a large wardrobe
The bedroom is absolutely quiet and equipped with a TV.
An extra bed is available if required at no extra cost.
Roller blinds on the windows provide sufficient darkening.
There are insect nets in front of the windows
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower (switchable: rain shower or normal), WC, washbasin and mirror
The shower tray is non-slip.
There is a window with pleated blinds for privacy.
The flat is a non-smoking flat.
Pets are not allowed.
You can reach the beautiful beach after only about 400 metres on foot via a staircase
Koserow railway station is only 1 km away. From here you can reach all the seaside resorts with the Usedom Bäderbahn. From Heringsdorf airport you can reach the flat by taxi in approx. 20 min
A private parking space is available.
Bicycle storage is available in the communal cellar or directly in front of the house

Location and surroundings of object
The village of Koserow is situated on the narrowest part of the island of Usedom. The flat is located on the southern upper edge of the village, directly on the coastal forest. Quiet, no through traffic, neighbourhood mainly holiday flats. A short path through a sparse beech forest and stairs built into the steep bank lead to the fine sandy, gently sloping Baltic Sea beach. The location in the centre of the island offers the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours
The seaside resort of Koserow is a rather small holiday resort in the middle of the island of Usedom. Those who choose a holiday flat in Koserow are traditionally looking above all for peace and relaxation and want to enjoy themselves.
Koserow and the surrounding area are characterised by beech forests and the coastal path along the steep coast, which invites you to take long walks. Nature trails lead inland to the water areas between the mainland and the island, to boating and fishing spots. A paradise for nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts
The cycle path runs along Usedom's Baltic coast. The central location of the flat is ideal for discovering the numerous sights and natural beauties of Usedom on short excursions by bike. With 100 kilometres of cycle paths and 400 kilometres of signposted hiking trails, you can't complain about a lack of choice.

Ein schöner Urlaub auf der Insel Usedom
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Koserow/Usedom.
Top Ausstattung. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Einrichtung ist neu und geschmackvoll.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. WLAN, HD-TV alles da.
Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem strandnah. Ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg und man ist am Strand.
Supermarkt, Karls-Erdbeerhof, Restaurants, Inselkaufhaus Stolz und den Bahnhof der Usedomer Bäderbahn erreicht man ebenfalls zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten.
Rundum ein tolles Quartier für einen sehr gelungenen Aufenthalt auf der Insel Usedom.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Koserow
Wir haben unseren Sommerulaub in dieser wirklich tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht,
Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig. Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. WLAN läuft gut. Zum Strand an der Steilküste sind es nur ein paar 100 m Fußweg.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Karls Erdbeerhof oder das Inselkaufhaus Stolz sind in ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
