Description
Our holiday flat is located on the upper floor of our house with a separate entrance via an outside staircase. It has a kitchen-living room with dining table, a master bedroom with double bed and a cot, a second bedroom with two single beds, a large living room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On request, a travel cot can be added, which means that the flat can then be occupied by up to 6 people. Garden furniture and a barbecue are also available. Parking space and storage facilities for bicycles are directly at the house.

Our furnished holiday flat with all comforts, in a quiet location of Esens, only 5-10 minutes walk from the town centre of Esens offers everything for your relaxing stay is located on the upper floor of our house which was built in 2001 and can be reached via an external staircase with separate entrance. It is only a 5-minute walk to the town centre, where you will find shopping facilities, a doctor and a pharmacy. For our younger guests there is a playground directly in our cul-de-sac location, where our house is also located. If the weather is bad, there is an indoor play park in Esens (Klabautermann). Esens is your lovable town at the speaks for a relaxing holiday at every season in the healthy climate of our East Frisian coast. The North Sea spa resort of Esens - Bensersiel offers you many possibilities to enjoy your holiday in a carefree and varied way, as well as numerous spa facilities. You can take the ferry over to Langeoog every two hours from Bensersiel and then visit the island of Spiekeroog.

Wir werden uns natürlich nach Kräften bemühen, die Unterkunft anderweitig zu vermitteln! Für Tage an denen uns dies gelingt, werden wir Ihnen keine Stornogebühren berechnen. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, von daher eine Reiserücktrittversicherung.

Großzügige und geräumige saubere Wohnung, modern und solide ausgestattet.
Ideal auch für die junge Familie mit bis zu drei Kindern
Ruhige Wohnlage in Esens, kurze Wege in die historische Altstadt, wenige Autominuten nach Bensersiel zum Hafen und zum Strand, natürlich auch mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen.
Sehr nette Vermieter, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Elternschlafzimmer
Wir haben das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer wirklich verflucht. Ein 1.60 Meter kleines extrem knarrendes Bett. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass die Grösse des Bettes in der Wohnungsbeschreibung erwähnt worden wäre.

An der Nordeseeküste. .......
Sehr schöne und blitzsaubere, gut ausgestattete Fewo. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in fünf Minuten in der bezaubernden Altstadt von Esens. Bensersiel nur 4 km entfernt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful flat
The flat is in a very quiet location on a side street. Nevertheless, you can reach all the shops for shopping and strolling on foot within 10 minutes. By car it is about 8 minutes to the beach where you can park for free.
Mr. and Mrs. Strunz are very nice landlords. We would always spend our holiday there again.

Ruhig, modern, geräumig, sauber
Wir waren 7 Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, roch angenehm, ist sehr geräumig und extrem ruhig gelegen (trotzdem nur eine knappe Minute vom Zentrum entfernt!).
In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, was für den Alltag notwendig ist. Mikrowelle, Ofen, Herd, Kühl- Gefrier-Kombi, WLAN, TV, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, sogar ein Radio in der Küche. Sicherlich habe ich noch etwas vergessen :-)
Ein eigenen Parkplatz sofort vor dem Treppenaufgang, der wie man sagen muss allerdings extrem Steil ist und schmale Stufen hat, sodass kleinere Kinder immer nur in Begleitung runter kommen (im Urlaub hat man ja aber Zeit und es stellt kein Problem dar), ist auch inklusive.
Gabe es mal etwas zu Fragen, hatte man immer ein offenes Ohr, gab uns Tipps und hat sofort weitergeholfen.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Wohnung und dem Vermieter-Paar und würden gerne, wenn wir dürfen, wiederkommen.

Gerne wieder
Schöne, moderne, geräumige und sauber Wohnung in super Lage in Esens (ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen und doch nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt). Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet und die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wünschenswert wäre ein wenig mehr Besteck, damit nicht 2 Mal täglich abgewaschen werden muss. Aber ansonsten alles top!
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und von der Ausstattung her alles notwendige vorhanden. Man ist in 5 Minuten in der Esener Innenstadt und mit dem Auto benötigt man ca. 15 Min. zum Strand in Bensersiel. Wir können die schöne Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und wir werden bestimmt noch einmal unseren Urlaub hier verbringen.

Top Ferienwohnung
Wir haben bei Fam. Strutz eine sehr große, super saubere und top eingerichtete und ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für unseren Familienurlaub gefunden. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen und sehr gepflegten Wohnviertel. Spielplatz, Bäcker, Innenstadt und Natur sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, unmittelbare Anbindung an Radwanderwege zum Strand sind vorhanden. Die Buchung und Anmeldung erfolgte schnell und unkomp!iziert. Der Kontakt zu Familie Strutz war für uns sehr freundlich und offen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub mit großem Erholungfaktor. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Ankommen und wohlfühlen
herzliches Dankeschön an Familie Strutz! Wir waren wieder mal in Esens und in eine tollen Ferienwohnung. Sie bietet wirklich alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben es genossen. Erwähnenswert ist die gute Lage: Das Haus liegt zentral, so dass alles schnell fußläufig erreicht werden kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder und die Wohnung kann mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
