Our tastefully furnished holiday home is located in a well-kept holiday park on a plot of approx. 330 sqm. It is lovingly furnished and invites you to feel good. The house was completed on 01 March 2013. All furniture is modern, new and colour-coordinated. The living area is located in the basement. Comfortable upholstered furniture, a large dining table, ceiling washers, a large 42-inch flat screen TV including Sky and free internet invite you to relax. And if the children get dirty during a trip to the mud flats - no problem - washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal. If the weather is not so good, you and your children can enjoy exciting games on our X-Box or simply race together on our Carrera track. And if the children want to go out alone, they will find a nice little playground directly opposite our house. The dog playground is only about 600 metres from the house. The dog beach is only about 500 metres away.
And if it gets cold or stormy, just light our beautiful fireplace and enjoy the cosy warmth and comfort.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in Dorum-Neufeld and thus directly on the North Sea coast. Our house is located in the Cuxland holiday park and is approx. 900 m from the water. Directly opposite the holiday home is a new children's playground.
Dorum-Neufeld is located right between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven and is an ideal starting point for visiting other tourist highlights in the region.
There is a small cutter harbour that allows you to experience the fascination of low and high tide at first hand. The crab fishermen go out to sea almost every day.
Just off the Dorum coast is the Obereversand lighthouse. The village is very dog-friendly. There is a dog beach and a great dog playground.
There are a number of shopping facilities in Dorum.
