Our comfortable flat with a fantastic panoramic view of the Schlei town of Kappeln and its own jetty is located in a well-kept thatched house directly on the Schlei.
The 90 sqm granny flat on two floors not only offers modern comforts such as flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi, but also a view of the Schlei and the town centre behind it that you would otherwise only see on postcards.
The ² garden leads down to the water, where a seating area invites you to linger, a jetty can be used free of charge for boats up to 0.5m draft. Start your holiday directly from here!
The holiday home has a glazed veranda with dining area, where you can dine wonderfully with a view. On nice days, you can enjoy the terrace in front of the house with a beach chair. In the house, you will find a modern fitted kitchen with all the usual amenities, a cosy living room with tastefully coordinated furniture and an open staircase leading upstairs. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200) and walk-in wardrobe, one with 2 single beds (100x200 each) and the cosy bathroom with shower/WC.
All windows of the house offer a view of the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei. The preferred location of this house, not far from the Schleibrücke bridge and the pedestrian zone, make this property a favourite destination of discerning connoisseurs.
A maximum of 1 dog is allowed in this flat. Non-smokers, year-round rental. A lockable wooden shed offers a safe place to store your bicycles.
