Our house in Malinska offers 1 apartment,55 m2, with two bedrooms, living room/kitchen, bathroom and balcony, free Wifi, sat/tv, air conditioning, parking place and grill. Just everything you need for a great vacation with your family or friends.
Highlights: guests returning year after year, big backyard with garden furniture, quiet area.
We would be happy to give you tips on what there is to see on the island and how to get there. In addition, there are homemade cakes, wine, brandy and ice tea prepared with herbs from our garden, or we can show you how to prepare traditional pasta SURLICE (shaped by using a knitting needle).
It would be a pleasure to see you soon in our house.

Our house is located in the beautiful and quiet town of Malinska on the island of Krk, which is connected to the mainland by the bridge.
Your sporting activities such as diving, swimming, cycling, sailing knows no bounds. A diving school under German-language is also located in Malinska. Or simply take one of the many possible boat trips, island tours or trip to National Park Plitvice Lakes, Postojna Cave, Venice.
We are located approximately 750 meters from the beach, 700 m from the center of Malinska, and 100 meters from the basketball and football playground.

Again and again
It was my best holiday so far.... I love Croatia and go there every year☺️. But Krk was special for me because the hosts made my experience of the island even more wonderful. I felt like I was at home..... sometimes you don't get a welcome like that from your own mother. ?
I was sad to leave
Beaches are super clean... It is rare to find such clear water. Other towns can be reached by car
The flat offers what it should.... a clean cosy home for the holidays....
I would like to go again this year.....
And... again and again...

Wunderbarer Erholungsurlaub
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles bestens eingerichtet. Wohnung hat eine schöne ruhige Ortsrandlage - alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Insel ist wunderbar - Ausflüge in die kleinen Städtchen der Insel sind sehr schnell erreichbar und haben uns besonders gut gefallen. In Malinska erlebten wir wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge. Leckere Speiselokale mit Balkanspezialitäten in der Nähe.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - vielleicht schon in diesem Jahr!!!

Urlaub Malinska
Urlaub war insgesamt perfekt. Quartier war wie beschrieben; sauber ansprechend eingerichtet und in sehr reizvoller Lage. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen nett, hilfsbereit aber nie aufdringlich. Sie haben uns, neben Ihrer ausführlichen Vorab-Infomail, auch mit etlichen Infos und Tipps für Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten versorgt.
Wir empfehlen sie gerne weiter und werden auch gerne noch einmal bei Ihnen buchen!

Auch für Kurztripps sehr geeignet
Ich war mit meinem 14-jährigen Sohn nur für ein paar Tage da und die gute Lage am Stadtrand (gesunde Mischung aus Aktionsmöglichkeiten und Ruhe) sowie die freundliche Vermieter-Familie haben uns sehr schnell ankommen lassen. Jederzeit wieder! :-)))

War jetzt zum wiederholten Mal dort. Tolle Lage und wahnsinnig nette Menschen
Man fühlt sich schon fast als Teil der Familie. Zum Strand 800m und haben wir immer zu Fuß gemacht. Supermarkt Zentrum ebenfalls 800-1000m

Unser Schnorchel- und Strandurlaub
Wir waren 14 Tage in den Sommerferien da. Der erste Eindruck von Malinska war etwas ernüchternd, weil das Wetter am Anreisetag mies war und wir sehr übermüdet. Aber die ersten Erkundungen bei Sonnenschein oder in der Dunkelheit waren 1000fach besser.
Die Wohnung ist etwas am Hang gelegen und wenn man mehrere Strände erkunden will, dann empfiehlt sich ein Auto.Auch abends haben wir manchmal nahgelegenes aufgesucht, weil unsere Kinder der Heimweg zu Fuß zu anstrengend war (Pupertät). Am Strand kann man selbst in der Hochsaison ein ruhiges Plätzchen finden, wenn man etwas rausfährt. Schuhe fürs Wasser, eine Isomatte für steinige Untergründe und evtl. ein Sonnenschirm sind sehr zu empfehlen. Das Wasser ist supersauber und klar.
Wir hatten die Wohnung im EG und sie war zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Sie hat einen Balkon und wir saßen gerne draußen wenn wir da waren. In der Küche gab es eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Wasserkocher, einen Toaster, Backofen mit Gasmulde und einen großen Kühlschrank.
Im Haus ist die Wohnung des Vermieters und drüber eine weitere Ferienwohnung.
Die vorhandene Klimaanlage haben wir nicht benutzt und können dazu nichts sagen, außer dass sie im Wohnzimmer installiert ist.
Die Kinder hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 sep. Betten, wir ein Ehebett mit Fußbegrenzung. Für große Leute etwas schwierig (193 cm), aber es ging.
Wifi war klasse besonders für die Kinder - wir fanden die Gastfreundschaft toll. Es sind sehr nette Leute, die ins öfter mit Leckereien überrascht haben.
Was sich vielleicht noch empfiehlt: Geld wechseln in den Wechselstuben (der Kurs ist besser), Auto auch für die Einkäufe einplanen (Minimarkt zu Fuß erreichbar), Restaurants: Pizzeria um die Ecke war gut und "Zwillinge" hat Charme.... gibt sehr viele Lokale, Selbstverpflegung klappt aber auch.
Von Deutschland aus würden wir die Fahrt über Nacht empfehlen, allerdings nicht mehr den Tunnel nach Slowenien nutzen. Das ist nur krass und nervend.
Vielleicht fahren wir mal wieder hin!?

Sehr schön
Sehr ruhige Lage, nah zu Meer, schöne Apartment, sauber, hell; die Besitzerin eine sehr liebe nette Person, immer bereit zu helfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gut aufgehoben, wir würden wieder hingehen.

Ottimo appartamento per famiglie
Ottimo appartamento, con dotazioni complete, pulito e dotato di Wi-fi. Proprietaria molto gentile e ospitale. Ideale per famiglie con bambini. Leggermente defilato dal centro città, ma per chi ha bambini può risultare un vantaggio e in ogni caso con un passeggiata di 15 min si può ragiungere il centro e il mare.

Spędziliśmy w Malińskiej super wakacje. Do morza było wprawdzie trochę daleko, ale za to mieliśmy do dyspozycji ładny ogród, dużo miejsca do parkowania i zabawy dla dziecka. Z grilla można było korzystać do woli. wielkość apartamentów dla czteroosobowej rodziny była wystarczająca (dwie sypialnie+duży pokój dzienny z kuchnią i balkonem). Okolica spokojna i bezpieczna.
Właścicielka rozmawia płynnie po angielsku i piecze super ciasta :-). Była bardzo pomocna w organizacji wolnego czasu (podpowiadała gdzie i co można zobaczyć)

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ca. 20 Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Bietet ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen. Zusätzlicher Schlafplatz in der Wohnküche.

Very nice, we highly recommend!
We were very pleased with everything, both the apartment and our host. Apartment was very clean, well maintained and equipped. It is in quiet area with a nice big yard where we enjoyed sitting under the palm tree. We like jogging so we found very interesting trails around.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden
Wir haben uns bei Familie Cuk sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für uns optimal. Ivana und Marija sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber und haben uns auch mit Obst aus dem Garten und Selbstgebackenem verwöhnt. Zum Baden sind wir immer an den Strand Haludova gefahren, da es dort schön ruhig und ideal zum Schnorcheln war. Die Insel Krk ist nicht zu groß und so kann man alle Orte innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Familie Cuk!

perfect holiday
We stayed one week started from 26-th of july 2014 in apartment on top floor with our two and half years old son. Apartment has 2 bedrooms and living room connected with kitchen. Apartment was fully equipped and in good condition. From kitchen was nice balcony where we had breakfast each morning. In front of the house was nice garden where we spent also lot of time.
Malinska is small city with lovely beaches, small taverns and nice people.
We really enjoyed the holiday and will definitelly went back for next visit.
We definitelly recommend this accomodation and want to than once more to the owners for perfect service during our stay.

sehr familiär, sehr nette Vermieter, tolle Lage
Wir waren schon 2x bei Ivana zu Gast und es hatte uns immer sehr gut gefallen. Man fühlt sich eher als Familienmitglied und man wird sehr herzlich aufgenommen.
Toller Garten mit Grill und Sitzgelenheiten mit genügend Schatten, sehr ruhige Lage, optimal für Selbstverpfleger. Jedes Appartment mit Balkon und was für mich wichtig war WLan Verbindung. Zum Strand ist es ca. 800m und zu Fuß problemslos zu erreichen. Auch Stadtzentrum zu Fuß kein Problem oder eben mit Auto, es gibt genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. Am Haus selbst auch mit eigenem Parkplatz.
Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde pudelwohl gefühlt und können es nur empfehlen
