The detached holiday home is located at the rear end of the Parkweg in Breege in a roadside development. From the holiday home you have a beautiful view to the west (see picture gallery). Since the Parkweg is a dead-end street that ends at the beautiful park of Juliusruh, the location of the holiday home, close to the park, is absolutely quiet.
To get to the beach, you just cross the Juliusruh park, past a very good fish smokehouse located at the edge of the park, and walk a short distance along the ring road leading to the beach (a total of 9 minutes on foot). The yacht and ferry harbour of Breege, only one kilometre away, from where you can take the ferry to Hiddensee or to the Störtebeker Festival in Ralswiek, also invites you to take a walk.
The holiday home is a very good starting point for extensive cycling tours to Cape Arkona, to the picturesque northern beach or to explore the stop island of Wittow, also called Windland.
The holiday home is completely tiled to a high standard. Furthermore, there are 2 terraces and a large playground and sunbathing lawn at the holiday home.
The property itself, with its 600 m², offers enough space to feel at home.

Location and surroundings of object
The Baltic seaside resort of Breege with the district of Juliusruh is located at the upper end of the Schaabe, which with its kilometre-long sandy beach is ideal for swimming and beach walks.
Breege/Juliusruh is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours on the Wittow peninsula. You can cycle along the high shore to Cape Arkona or on to the picturesque northern beach. You can find impressions of this on our website
A holiday in Breege / Juliusruh is therefore ideally suited to escape the stress of everyday life and simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the sea.
From the marina, which is not far from our holiday home and easily accessible on foot, you can take the ferry to Hiddensee or to the Störtebeker Festival, which takes place every summer.
In order to be able to reach the beach, which is only a few minutes' walk away, without having to carry your beach things or the children's beach toys, you will find a handcart in our garden house.
