Description
This holiday home is a solid finnish wooden house. It has around 80 m² living space an 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds with sizes of 180x200cm and 160x200cm. The third bedroom has only a double bed of 140x200cm an you can step in only from one side. So this bedroom is mainly suitable for children. The kitchen is equiped with a 4-plate stove, a hood, a microwave and an electic oven. Besides the refrigerator, you will find a *** Icebox in a pantry. The bathroom is equiped with a spacious shower, a toilett and a washer. Besides the toilet in the bathroom, the house has another guest toilet. The entrance has a roof and keeps wind an rain off. The porch offers enough room for coats and shoes. A large hedge protects the 340m² garden including 2 Terrace, one with an Awning an a BBQ. There are also two car parkings right at the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is placed in a quite family bungalow plant with 30 chalets 1000 meter outside the center of the village, 500 m from the beach and 1 mile away from the grevelinger dam, the meetingpoint of surfers an kiters in Zeeland. Besides the beachway right opposite the park is a barrierfree access route for handicapped people. The allyear open beach has also sections for dogowners Renesse is a famous vacation area in Netherlands. The beaches are wide an more than 10 miles long. You will find atractive recreation offers. The beachwalks are in some places also suitable for handicapped people to reach one of the many beachrestaurants with sunterraces and offers of regional food.
The village itself combines the typical dutch architekture with a lot of little stores, restaurants, bars an discotheks, a bowlingcenter, a cicycle rental, supermarkets etc.
In summer you can use s free shuttle between town an beach.

Wenn Sie die Ferienwohnung nicht nutzen, sind Sie trotzdem zur Zahlung des vereinbarten Mietzinses verpflichtet. Bei Stornierungen bis 4 Wochen vor dem Mietzeitraum wird die Anzahlung einbehalten, auf die Restzahlung wird verzichtet.

Frauds when signing the contract will lead to a loss of the right to leasing the house and a refund of rental payments.
New clients will pay a bail of 500€.
A cleaning by a local cleaningservice costs 70€ and is mandatory.
It is recommended to take out travel insurance!
Since it is a private lease, be prepared for a contractual relationship with the lease agreement legal provisions of the Civil Code apply. Thereafter, a cancellation option is not available. If you do not use the apartment, you are still required to pay the agreed rental payment.

Super
Wir waren im September in diesem sehr gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und sehr gut dort erholt. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vom ersten Tag an Urlaub. Mit dem Wetter hatten wir echt Glück und es ist mit Haustier echt gut zu empfehlen, vor allem weil das Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Sehr Erholsam
Hallo!Wir waren jetzt 14 Tage im Ferienhaus der Familie Zirngibl und ich muß sagen das es uns auserordentlich gut gefallen hat.Eigentlich müsste mann mehr als 5 Sterne geben da Küche und Bad neu instaliert wurden,und auch gelungen ist.Lange Rede kurzer Sinn!Das Ferienhaus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.Alles Top!!Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.Liebe Grüße aus dem Saarland Frank,Bianca,Gina(Hund)

Zweimal schon dort Urlaub gemacht, sehr zu empfehlen.
Lage: Strand zu Fuß in knapp 10-15 Minuten erreichbar, schöne Strandcafes am Strandverlauf in weiteren 10 Minuten. Umliegende Orte mit Fahrrad, Auto gut erreichbar.
Haus: Bad neu, Dusche ebenerdig. Küche neu, alles was gebraucht wird ist da. Kein Teppich, Böden alle glatt und neu. Vier Betten vorhanden, Betten groß genug, Wohnzimmer gemütlich eingerichtet. Fernseher, Radio, Satellitenschüssel, diverse Spiele vorhanden.
Hausgrundstück: Nahezu nicht einsehbar, Heckenhöhe um die zwei Meter. Hunde und Kinder können nicht durch den Zaun “entfliehen“. Wer Sonne oder Schatten auf dem Grundstück sucht, wird den ganzen Tag für beides fündig werden. Zwei Parkplätze direkt am Haus.
Anlage: Sehr gepflegt. Besucherparkplätze in der Anlage vorhanden. Kameras wachen am Haupt-(Autoeinfahrt)- und Nebeneingang (Strandweg) der Anlage.

Urlaub mit Katze
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Alles war sehr sauber.Auch unsere Katze hatte eine Bekanntschaft gemacht.Kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Erholung pur
Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Park und ist von einer hohen Hecke umgeben.Nachmittags kann man ungestört in der Sonne liegen und sich erholen.Der Hund kann auch nicht türmen,da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist.Im Haus findet man alles was man im Urlaub braucht.Der Strand ist gut zu erreichen(8-10 min), mit Fahrrad noch schneller.Den Kontakt zum Vermieter kann man nur als total nett und freundlich beschreiben.Gerne wieder!

Einfach nur SPITZE ......
Tolles Ferienhaus,welches keine Wünsche offen lässt :liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet.Hier fehlt es an nichts !
Auch die Lage ist perfekt.Zum Strand sind es ca.10 Gehminuten auf gepflegten Wegen.Dieses Ferienhaus ist absolut zu empfehlen.

TOLLER URLAUB
Ganz tolles und gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus!
Es ist so ausgestattet wie es sein muss, denn es fehlt einfach an gar nichts!!!
Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist besonders zu erwähnen!
Es hat uns so gut gefallen, das wir im Oktober wieder da sind und das sagt doch schon Alles!

Super familienurlaub
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im August 2014 dort. Ich muß sagen, wir hatten schon viele Ferienhäuser in Holland. So spitze war noch keins. Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Alles super gepflegt, Haus und Garten. der Weg zum Strand zu Fuß selbst mit Kindern und diversen Strandsachen gut zu erreichen. Wir sind sehr erholt und voll zufrieden. Vielen Dank dafür.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Ferienhaus liegt Strandnah und nahe Renesse. Die anderen Städte, z.B. Zierikzee sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

Einfach super
Wir waren schon oft in Renesse auch im Beachpark aber dieses Haus war mit abstand am besten. Es war alles da was man braucht. Sauber war es auch. Super Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder
