Comfortably furnished 4-star holiday home. Quiet peripheral location in the Cuxland holiday park on the North Sea coast in Dorum-Neufeld. The garden with sun terrace is not visible and is bordered by the river "Dorumer Wasserlöse". It is only 300 metres to the green beach, outdoor wave pool, children's playhouse and cutter harbour.
Non-smokers and no pets allowed! Maximum occupancy with 4 persons.
- On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed, the shower room, the kitchen and the living/dining room with fireplace and free SKY-TV.
- On the upper floor there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 leisure/rest room with TV and sofa bed and an additional WC.
- All bedrooms can be darkened with blinds.
- A cot and high chair are available.
- The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, egg boiler, toaster.
- In addition to modern living room equipment, there is a wood-burning stove and an LCD TV with cable and Sky connection.
- Free fast WLAN (50 mbit) for unlimited internet access.
- Garden furniture, sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and an outdoor fireplace are available for use on the large south-facing terrace with sun awning.
- In a separate annex, there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer and enough space to store bicycles or trolleys.

The holiday resort of Dorum-Neufeld is located directly on the North Sea in the middle of the UNESCO "Wadden Sea World Heritage Site". The region offers possibilities for your holiday in every season. The wave pool as well as the children's playhouse are located directly on the green beach in the immediate vicinity of the romantic Kutterhafen and the Obereversand lighthouse with a long pier. Dorum-Neufeld offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities such as tennis, mini-golf, bowling, sauna, cycling, mudflat walks, swimming, surfing, etc. The central location halfway between the seaside towns of Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven makes for interesting excursions with a wide range of maritime activities.

Relaxing holiday-beautiful house-maintained garden
We found a cosy, well-kept, clean and lovingly furnished holiday home. Nothing was missing. The bathroom and bedroom could be a bit bigger, but that's just the way it is. With time you get used to it. The dining area with the living room is ideal. And the view through the windows onto the covered terrace and the well-kept garden is a dream. The weather was so good during the first week that we were able to sit outside by the open fireplace until late in the evening. The peace and quiet is heavenly and we always waited longingly for the quacking of the ducks in the adjacent small river. Pure nature. Simply relaxing and perfect. We will gladly come back again. The arrival and handing over of the keys by H. Klünder also worked out very well. Thank you

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in top Lage
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und eignet sich hervorragend für einen entspannten Urlaub. Auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so toll ist, bietet das Haus genug Platz zum Spielen.
Auch der schöne Garten lädt zum Spielen und Entspannen ein.
Einzig das Duschbad ist wegen seiner Größe mit kleinen Kindern eine Herausforderung, die jedoch zu meistern ist!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Urlaub mit Freunden
Angefangen vom freundlichen Empfang bis zum problemlosen Auschecken hat alles toll geklappt!
Die Sauberkeit des Hauses und der gepflegte Garten verdienen 5 Sterne!
Ein wenig verwirrend empfanden wir die übervoll ausgestattete Küche. Wir mussten uns erst Platz verschaffen, um unsere Lebensmittel verstauen zu können.
Unangenehm waren für uns oben schlafende die Gummiauflagen auf den Einzelbetten. Aus hygienischen Gründen kann man das sicher nicht verändern.
Wir werden Ihr Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen!!!

Erholsame Ferien am Wattenmeer
Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, die sich 2012 bei einer Reise an Nord- und Ostsee kennen gelernt hatten. Dieses Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Lage in dem Ferienpark,sehr idyllisch und ruhig.
Man hörte teilweise nur die Enten und die Tauben. Trotzdem sind es nur wenige hundert Meter zum Strand, zu guten
Speiselokalen und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Allerdings ist es im Haus sehr hellhörig, d.h. die Bewohner müssen sich gut verstehen, um sich nicht allzu sehr auf die Nerven zu gehen.
Mit der Sauberkeit waren wir nicht ganz zufrieden, weder in den Zimmern noch in der Küche. Hier müsste zwischen den rasch aufeinander folgenden Vermietungen etwas mehr Zeit für die Endreinigung aufgewendet werden. Schließlich muss man diese ja ordentlich bezahlen.
Fazit: Das Haus eignet sich v.a. für Familien mit Kindern und für gute Freunde.
Dorum-Neufeld hat uns insgesamt für das umfangreiche Angebot
für Kinder überrascht. Wir haben durchaus vor wiederzukom-
men.
