Description
The holiday flat (non-smoking flat!) for 2 persons is located on the 1st floor of our detached house built in 1995 (non-smoking house) with balcony. The flat is approx. 56 m² and consists of:

Kitchen
Bathroom
There is balcony furniture on the balcony.
The flat is fully equipped with satellite TV, radio, electric cooker, fridge combination, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc
Please note that the flat can only be rented for 3 nights or more and without animals. Furthermore, we would like to point out that this is a non-smoking flat in a non-smoking house/property and that no overlapping of arrival and departure on the same day is possible. Due to the Corona pandemic, an additional occupancy-free day after departure is required until further notice. We ask for your understanding!
Wi-Fi is available by arrangement between 8am and 2pm.

Location and surroundings of object
A warm welcome to Dresden, the capital of Saxony.
The holiday flat is located in a quiet residential area in the west of Dresden with a view of the adjacent landscape conservation area "Zschoner Grund". The distance to the city centre is about 15 minutes by car (depending on the traffic situation). Alternatively, there is a public transport connection available. You can reach the old town of Dresden in about 25 minutes by public transport. The holiday flat is well-kept, cosy, close to nature and yet close to the city centre, making it an ideal starting point for a variety of excursions. We recommend the world-famous sights of the city of Dresden, but also the sights around Dresden, such as Meißen, Moritzburg, Pillnitz, Elbe Sandstone Mountains (Saxon Switzerland), Ore Mountains, Tharandt Forest. The reservoir in Niederwartha is a public outdoor swimming pool and can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. A public natural outdoor swimming pool is located in Zschoner Grund approx. 15 min. by foot through Zschoner Grund.

Perfektes Zuhause auf Zeit
Schwierig, diese Ferienwohnung zu toppen: Verkehrsanbindung optimal, jeweils 5 Minuten zum ÖPNV oder zu einer Autobahn, trotzdem sehr ruhige ländliche Umgebung mit wunderbaren Spazierwegen, Sonne von früh bis spät, die man auf dem zweiseitigen Balkon genießen kann, sehr angenehme, geschmackvoll und zugleich praktisch eigerichtete Räumlichkeiten, perfekt ausgestattete Küche und nicht zuletzt das überaus herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberpaar Müller. Obwohl sehr ferienwohnungs-erfahren: Diese Wohnung steht in unserer "Best-of"-Liste ganz oben!

Besser geht´s nicht
Von der ersten tel. Kontaktaufnahme über die Begrüßung, die Zeit während des Aufenthaltes bis zur Verabschiedung großes Lob an Frau Müller !
Da wir immer wieder gern in Dresden sind, wird diese Ferienwohnung stets unser Ziel sein.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung
In landschaftlich sehr schöner Umgebung gelegen, lädt sowohl die FeWo als auch die Gegend (Naturschutzgebiet) zum Entspannen nach einer Stadtbesichtigung ein. Die FeWo war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber - einfach top.
Die Innenstadt ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in weniger als einer halben Stunde zu erreichen. Auch weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten im Dresdner Umland (Sächsische Schweiz, Meißen, Moritzburg, etc.) sind aufgrund der guten verkehrstechnischen Anbindung mit dem Auto schnell und bequem zu erreichen.
Im gefestigten Wohngebiet im verkehrsberuhigten Bereich gibt es zudem Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder.

4 Sterne. Ein Stern Abzug, weil weit außerhalb und enges Wohngebiet.
Hauptsächlich zu empfehlen für Paare ohne Kinder.
