Location and surroundings of object
The Farmhouse is situated in the village of Xaghra. Xaghra is situated on a plateau, about 4km north-east of the capital Victoria in a charming landscape, surrounded by fertile valleys. Ix-Xagħra is home to the extraordinary UNESCO World Heritage Ggantija temple complex, consisting of two Neolithic stone temples built from as early as 3600BC making them amongst the oldest freestanding stone buildings in the world. The village also has two unusual caves, called "Ta'Xerri" and "Ta'Ninun". Both are open to the public and worth a visit. The most beautiful sandy beach, Ramla bay is in 4km distance.

Air Conditioning by coin-box system. Maltese Eco tax for all tourists € 0,50 per person per night – up to a maximum of € 5,-/person - collected cash by the owner. A mandatory fully refundable security deposit of € 200 for up to 6 adults and €400 from 7 adults is required and will be charge from the credit card on file. This amount will be refunded automatically within 7 days of checkout. The landlord has 48 hours after departure to notify the guest in writing of any damage or missing items. Cancellation terms:
- More than 120 days prior to arrival date, full refund of deposit. Cancellation less than 120 days prior to the date of arrival - 10% of the deposit will be retained, the remainder of the payment will only be refunded if the accommodation is re-let for the full duration of the intended stay. Cancellation 30 days prior to the arrival date - 90% of the total amount will be refunded only if the accommodation is re-booked for the same dates. A postponement of the booking within 12 months is usually possible free of charge. >> We strongly advise all guests to take out travel insurance to protect them in the event of cancellation of their holiday.
