We offer our comfortable, family-friendly, 5-person holiday home for rent in Porlezza. Porlezza is located in northern Italy, just over the Swiss border from the beautiful Lago di Lugano. On our site you will find detailed information:
The beautiful chalet is situated only a few metres from the Lago di Lugano on International Sport Camping. The beautiful environment, typically Italian, radiates tranquility and invites all kinds of activities. Enjoy the beautiful nature, the many forms of entertainment and of course the genuine Italian cuisine. This can be done from spring to late autumn. Location and surroundings of object
The chalet is newly built in autumn 2008 and is located in a new central street near the lake and close to the pool and restaurant. Right next to the chalet has a private parking space. The chalet is fully equipped, including heating, TV/DVD, Canal Digital and on-demand Wi-Fi.
There is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms (1x 1 bed, 1x bunk bed), 2 bedrooms (1x 2-bed), covered porch with comfortable garden furniture, garden and private parking.
Because we always keep the interior and the adaptation to the current interior differ from the pictures.
The chalet is a no smoking and pet.
The living room
This is cosy and functional with a double sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV with DVD player (reception via satellite are all Dutch channels can therefore be received), radio / CD player and plenty of storage space. There are also some games available!
The kitchen
We have a well-equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer, gas cooker, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, glasses, cutlery and many cooking utensils. You will need to take kitchen towels for maintenance.
The bedroom
The bedroom has a double bed 140 x 190 cm (mattress, with two single duvets), two blankets / wardrobes and various shelves, coat hooks and a large mirror.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single
Bed. Again there is a hanging / wardrobe with some shelves. Duvets and pillows are provided so you will need your own bedding. There is also a cot and high chair available.
The bathroom
Bathroom with fixed shower, washbasin with mirror, toilet, towel rail and shelves.
You must take care of linen.
In addition, in the cottage: clothes horse, hoover, mop, mop bucket, broom and tin, broom and some other smittel.
The veranda
The veranda is 5mx2m, here is a comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue in the garden.
Smoking is allowed in the villa, on the veranda of course.
The garden and parking
there is a barbecue in the garden and next to the cottage you can park your car. Boat trailers can park safely in the main street.
Porlezza is a picturesque village on Lake Lugano. Lake Lugano is situated between Lake Como and Lake Maggiore and is the smallest of the three large lakes in the area.
The lake is easily reached in a day by car. Gandria, Morcote and Bissone are just a few of the many picturesque towns on the lake.
From Porlezza you can take a boat trip and visit the towns on the lake. The market in Porlezza is definitely worth a visit.
