We were a family of three staying in the complex for the first time. We really liked the holiday resort. The holiday homes were surrounded by olive, fig, lemon, and orange trees. Banana plants, hibiscus, and oleander trees completed the vegetation. The apartment was clean and adequately equipped. Everything we needed was there. There is no satellite TV system, but we didn't miss it. We hardly noticed the other holidaymakers. The natural beach is about a 5-minute walk away. After the beach, you first stand under one of the outdoor showers before heading to your own shower. Although it was very warm, we felt very comfortable on our covered and nicely overgrown (almost opaque) terrace. The landlord is very nice and speaks good German. Occasionally, he stopped by to make sure everything was fine. It's about a 10-minute walk to the center of Kakovatos, where you can find a small supermarket and good restaurants. Unfortunately, the time passed too quickly. We didn't miss anything! We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

The houses near Niko are fantastically surrounded by greenery and very well-maintained. By the beach, there is a warm outdoor shower and a super soft, white towel waiting for you. The rooms are simply but purposefully furnished. The landlords are very friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful time there.
