Our UniKate holiday home is in a very quiet and central location. High living comfort in a bright, friendly ambience and lovingly designed details make the house a UniKat.
With 95 m² of living space over 3 floors, it has enough room for 5 adults and 2 small children
The house is equipped with underfloor heating and insect screens.
On the ground floor there is a large living-dining area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
There is a washing machine in the utility room.
Two separate bedrooms with double bed, reading corner or workplace and a bathroom with corner bath and shower are on the upper floor.
The half-open gallery room in the attic offers an ideal retreat with separate sleeping place, cosy reading corner and workplace.
The small garden with sunbathing lawn and large wooden terrace facing south invites you to relax and barbecue outdoors.
There are two parking spaces directly at the house. Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed
A cot, children's furniture, a high chair and a play wagon are available for the little ones.
Our holiday home is a non-smoking house.

The house is very quiet and unique items close to the center. All shops are located nearby. The popular shopping street of Zingst with its small shops, cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The pier and beach Baltic Sea and the Bodden Zingster harbor is 10 minutes. on foot. Several bicycle rental, gym, sauna and solarium are available in town.

Bed linen and towels can be rented as a linen set for € 25.00 per person (including making up the beds). The visitor's tax for the Ostseeheilbad Zingst is to be paid separately on the day of arrival. |
