Description

The Achtern Diek holiday home is located directly on the crossing to Böhler Strand. Holiday flats and flats with sea view, balcony or terrace. Lawn with garden furniture. You are also welcome to set up your barbecue here. In the house you will also find a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee). W-LAN - password on request.

Location and surroundings of object

Spacious 3-room holiday flat for 2 to 5 people (approx. 65 sqm) on the ground floor. One bedroom with double beds and washbasin. 1 bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds. A large living room with comfortable upholstered furniture and colour TV, fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, dining table. Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Sun terrace with beach chair on the south side behind wind and privacy screen. W-LAN , Böhl district

Originally, the area here was a wild and romantic heath and dune landscape around the Böhl lighthouse. Böhl is still the district of living and tranquillity today. There are many holiday flats and holiday homes here. You will also find our holiday home in öhl. The beach consists of a huge sandy area crossed by several tideways. The shallow water without high waves makes this part of the beach ideal for families with small children.
A culinary attraction is the gastronomy at Böhler beach. The "Salt & Silver" restaurant offers excellent fish dishes in addition to an upscale wine list.
about 800m away, the "Böhler Landgang" invites you to a cosy dinner with a home-style menu.
And if you look up to the sky, you can often see the storks of the West Coast Park circling above you. Then they descend on the green Böhler foreland to look for food. The West Coast Park with the Robbarium is a crowd puller all of its own, an "animal pleasure for the whole family".
At the southern end of the village, golf comes into its own on a highly interesting 9-hole dune course. A practice facility with a well-maintained short course is also available...,

Ideal für Internet-Abstinenzler

Die FeWo liegt gut (an der Zufahrt zum Böhler Strand), das Objekt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber weitgehend funktionell und in der Küchenzeile sogar umfangreich ausgestattet. Mittlere Ansprüche werden erfüllt, Urlaube auch mit Kindern sollten klappen, wenngleich das Grundstück direkt und barrierefrei an einen öffentlichen Parkplatz grenzt. Preis/Leistung für St. Peter-Ording ist wohl i.O.
Medientechnisch muss man sich etwas umgewöhnen. Zwar gibt es 2 TV Geräte mit vielen gängigen Kanälen, aber die mobile Datennetzversorgung ist - über alle Provider hinweg - an dem Teil St. Peters nur sehr rudimentär gegeben. Helfen kann da nur ein funktionsfähiges Wlan, was für dieses Objekt auch beworben wird. Faktisch ist Wlan innerhalb der FeWo aber nur unzureichend zu empfangen und bis fast zur Unbrauchbarkeit heruntergeregelt (gemessen: 1-2 von drei möglichen Empfangsstärke-Ringen und 0,47 Mbps download bzw. 0,14 Mbps upload, was eine etwa 100x geringere Übertragungsrate ist, als wir sie von unserem sicherlich gut versorgten Norderstedt kennen). Vermieter reagiert leider auf diesbezügliche Ansprache nicht.
