THE HOLIDAY HOME
A comfortable holiday house with 3 friendly furnished holiday apartments and 4 studios, common staircase, approx. 50 sqm large and cosy common room with modern kitchenette (4 place electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine), ski room, ski boots dryer, parking spaces in front of the house. All apartments and studios are equipped with cable TV, bathroom (shower/bathtub, toilet), separate toilet, terrace or balcony and central heating. Washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. Free WLAN access in the house! Smoking is not allowed in the whole house!

LOCATION
The holiday home is located in Bruck, has a quiet hillside location and beautiful valley views. The village centre is 1.5 km away on foot or 2 km by car. The hiking, skiing and recreation area of Zeller See is 4.5 km away. Glacier ski area Kitzsteinhorn is 13 km away. Bathing lake Zeller See is in 5 km distance. The well-known holiday region BRUCK - ZELL AM SEE - KAPRUN is located about 80 km southwest of Salzburg, about 50 km east of Kitzbühel and 100 km from Kufstein and offers numerous holiday experiences in all 4 seasons.
Bruck an der Grossglockner is situated between the BEZIRKSHAUPTSTADT ZELL AM SEE and close to the skiing capital KAPRUN with the GLETSCHERSKIGEBIET KITZSTEINHORN. Together Zell am See and Kaprun form one of the most famous winter and summer holiday regions in Austria
IN SUMMER
The region offers a well-extended network of more or less challenging hiking trails and alpine high tours on one of the numerous three-thousand-metre peaks.
Numerous well-maintained bike paths offer a variety of bike tours with varying degrees of difficulty
The well-known Zellersee, a bathing lake awarded with the quality seal drinking water quality, whose water temperature rises up to 25 degrees Celsius in summer, offers a real summer holiday feeling for every guest of the region. There are 5 outdoor swimming pools on the lakeshore, two of which are free of charge. There are also several indoor pools and gyms around the lake, such as TAUERN SPA in Kaprun
On the nearby glacier Kitzsteinhorn (3203 m) there is the possibility to ski the WHOLE YEAR.
Among the most popular destinations in summer are: the Krimmler Waterfalls (380 m), the Eisriesenwelt (the largest ice cave in the world), the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, Salzburg, the Kaprun high mountain lakes, the Kitzsteinhorn and others.
IN WINTER
The neighboring Zell am See and Kaprun resort of Bruck is ideally located and the region's largest ski areas are just a short drive away. There is also a free ski bus. It is only 4 km to the Schmitten ski area (Zell am See), 13 km to the Kitzsteinhorn (Kaprun), 22 km to the Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area and 35 km to the Bad Hofgastein ski area
Thanks to the SALZBURG SUPER SKI CARD, unlimited skiing is possible in more than 23 ski regions (over 2550 km of slopes). Some of them are: Kitzbühel, Saalbach, Zell am See - Kaprun, the Gastein Valley, Flachau, Schladming and others.
Away from the slopes you have the possibility to join guided snowshoe and winter hiking tours.
There are 40 km of cross-country ski trails winding through Bruck-Zell am See-Kaprun and the neighbouring communities. On the Schmitten and the Kitzsteinhorn there are wonderful high-altitude cross-country trails with views over the entire region!
The ski season in Zell am See-Kaprun lasts about 10 months. It starts in early autumn and lasts until early summer

Excellent large flat, with a view, clean and well equipped. Also in a quiet location.
Mr Hristov also gave good tips for things to do. I can only warmly recommend it.

Fully satisfied.
We have very positive memories of our time in Haus Salzburg.
A very clean flat. And the price was also top, even though we had booked at such short notice. We got to know our host as a very nice person who always asked if we were feeling well.
