Welcome to Unterkunft4you in the beautiful Taunus.
Our offer includes two holiday homes and a separate flat.
The houses are comfortably to exclusively equipped at the gates of Frankfurt, directly in the beautiful nature park Hochtaunus.
We are classified by the DTV.
Our prices include :
- 7% sales tax
- Highspeed WiFi
- Bed linen (we make the beds for you)
- Use of kitchen (incl. free tea selection)
- Daylight bathrooms (partly handicapped accessible)

- Towels are provided (bath/shower towels only on request)

Please note :
- No animals allowed. Non-smoking houses. To be left broom-clean.
- No party location (legal quiet times must be observed)
- No club meetings, event, or similar.... Family reunions welcome
- The accommodation may only be occupied by the persons listed in the travel application and up to the maximum number of persons stated in the accommodation description.
With direct access to the A5 motorway, Frankfurt city centre is only 20 minutes away
Our houses have a total of 25 beds which are divided into single rooms, double rooms and multi-bed rooms.

and a communal kitchen, ground floor handicapped accessible,

(Overview: 9 single beds/1 double room, 1 four-bed room, 1 three-bed room)

Our flat "Hintertaunus":
With 2 modern double rooms, on the 1st floor of a separate outbuilding, (2 single beds in each)
1 daylight bathroom and a cosy kitchen.
Own sitting area with canopy directly in front of the entrance.

We are also happy to offer you our social room "Wolfskeller" in addition if required.
This is located in a separate outbuilding at Hauptstr. 30, next to the guest houses.
Seating for 25 people, two rooms, one of which has a vaulted ceiling, large bar, toilets, large sideboard facilities, refrigerators.
The other room is very bright due to the light domes and the many seating possibilities.
Inclusive service: plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and other utensils. Water, electricity, .
(self-catering provided).
If you would like to book the Wolfskeller, please let us know.
Overview: Basic price of the room: 150 € per day. + 40 € + 25 € crockery hire.
The price is very flexible depending on the day of the week, season, holiday and the type of event. Therefore, please always make a price enquiry.
Bookable from the age of 21.
Period of use from 2pm to 11pm or by arrangement.

Cancellation terms:
- Dem Beherbergungsbetrieb steht es frei, die vertraglich vereinbarte Vergütung zu verlangen und den Abzug für ersparte Aufwendungen zu pauschalieren. Der Kunde ist in diesem Fall verpflichtet, 100 % des vertraglich vereinbarten Preises für Übernachtung zu zahlen. Hierzu fallen 90% auf den Reisepreis und 10% der Kosten auf die Bearbeitung der Stornierung an. Hier gilt das Mietrecht nach dem Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch. Storniert der Kunde die Ferienwohnung/Haus/Zimmer aus persönlichen Gründen, steht ihm kein gesetzliches Rücktrittsrecht zur Verfügung. Eine Stornierungsmöglichkeit ist also nicht vorgesehen. § 537 Absatz 1 Satz 1 BGB regelt, dass ein Mieter, der selbst für den Nichtantritt der Reise verantwortlich ist, nicht von der Zahlung der vereinbarten Miete befreit wird.

Our 3-star accommodation comprises a total of 24 beds.
Divided into two cottages and one flat.
These are located close to each other.(max 50 metres)
Each bedroom has spacious beds with bedside table and bedside lamp. Furthermore, our beds are equipped with cold foam mattresses and molleton sheets (for allergy sufferers) (bed linen is included in the price and will be provided by us)
Each room has a 32" LED TV and a seating area with table.
If you prefer to surf the internet, you have the possibility to connect to the free WLAN.
For your safety there are smoke detectors in all our houses.
Furthermore, there is a fire extinguisher in every hallway.
We have a fully equipped kitchen for you to use. There you will find everything your heart desires, from plates, knives and forks to a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator and cooker.
As we attach great importance to a clean kitchen, we ask you to always leave it as you found it.
There is also a dining area in the kitchen with plenty of seating. Should a small mishap occur while you are cooking or eating, cleaning utensils (under the sink) are available for a quick clean-up.
In each accommodation unit there is at least one daylight bathroom, partly with bathtub, partly with handicapped accessible equipment or just with a simple shower cabin.
We also provide toilet paper free of charge. Here, too, we ask you to leave the toilet as you found it.
The environment is also important to us, so all our rooms are equipped with energy-saving LEDs. The central heating system draws its heat from an environmentally conscious hybrid heating system

Cozy holiday home highly recommended

We stayed at Unterkunft4You in the Taunus and were warmly welcomed by the Wolf family!
There was nothing to complain about. Free WiFi, parking, coffee, tea, bed linen.
Everything was included in the price.

Family meeting in the Taunus
Hello
we 9 pers.+2 children,
were completely satisfied.
Everything was clean and apparently newly renovated.
Good location to the amusement park.
Beds good. Own car park.
good for hiking.
Disadvantage . no shopping facilities in the village.
But a lot of peace and quiet.
We will come again...
