The living room includes two cozy sofa beds, each for 2 people, coffee table dining area with 4 chairs.

Bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, TV and wardrobe. Bed linen available.
Separate kitchen with fridge and icebox, dishwasher, hot air cooker with ceramic hob, crockery and kitchen utensils, kettle and toaster. Dining table with 4 chairs.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located in the residential building built in 2000. Due to its location in the 10th district and good connections to public transport, you can reach all the sights of the Danube metropolis quickly and easily. With the U1 you come directly to the Ring and thus to the State Opera, Kärntner Straße and the city centre. The station of the underground line U1 is directly in front of the door and in 10 minutes you can reach the city centre of Vienna.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

After booking the apartment 20% of the total amount will be transferred to the landlord. The remaining amount will be paid at the handover of the keys.
Minimum stay 3 days.
Garage costs 5 € per day, internet free of charge.

Flawless / Perfect / Impeccable.
We were very satisfied!! Having arrived by train, the next subway station is practically right outside the door. Shopping possibilities are also available in the immediate vicinity. The apartment presented itself in very good condition, towels were sufficiently available, and the storage space for two people was more than sufficient. We would love to come back to Vienna......and to Favoriten!!

Zweifelhafte Aussagen
Informationsunterlagen bezügl. Einkauf / Müll / Parkhaus / Essen sind nicht vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist eigentlich nur für 2 Personen, da sich nur im Schlafzimmer ein Schrank
befindet, im Wohn-/Schlafzimmer sind keine Verstauungsmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
Die Aussage über ausreichend Handtücher ist für einen europäischen Standard sehr
gering, pro Person nur ein Duschtuch !!!

Ich möchte mich für die Bewertung von Herrn Hasan Günther bedanke , denn diese Bewertungen dienen zur Verbesserung der Ferienwohnung und zum Wohlbefinden der Urlauber. Ich bin aber der Meinung dass man bei der Wahrheit bleiben soll.
Herr Hasan Günther würde empfangen und gleich in die Garage geführt damit er sein Auto abstellen kann , also kann man nicht von Informationsmangel sprechen, er konnte mich oder gleich die Empfangsperson fragen über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Essen. Die fewo Liegt in eine sehr gute Gegend und gleich beim herausgehen sieht man diese Möglichkeiten. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein 3 Flügelschrank sowie eine Kommode, im Flur gegenüber der Wohnzimmer ist noch ein 2 Flügelschrank also finde ich persönlich mehr als genug Verstaungsmöglichkeiten.
Bezüglich Handtücher , nach dem mich Herr Günther kontaktiert hat und mir gesagt hat dass 3 Badetücher nicht genug sind, habe ich sofort im darauf aufmerksam gemacht , dass in der Fewo sich noch mehr Handtücher befinden und er soll sich so viel wie er will nehmen!
Zum Schluss habe ich gefragt ob Herr Hasan andere Wünsche hat und er hatte keine!
Ich bin mir sicher dass eine Fewo nicht alles Wünsche erfühlen kann , aber ich versuche und bemühe mich soweit alles wie ich es in der Ausstattung beschrieben habe zu erfühlen.
Die Bewertung von Heer Hasan empfinde ich als nicht Korrekt
