Ground floor: living room, dining room with very large tables and 12 chairs (+1 highchair)
Completed very well equipped kitchen with extra wide stainless steel stove (6 burners), oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, etc.
Bedroom with sink, shower, toilet, color TV, a satellite receiver, central heating.
First floor: 5 bedrooms, two with sink, new bathroom with tub, shower and sink, separate toilet. All bedrooms feature double beds with duvets and pillows. 2 bedrooms have a cot.
2nd floor: magnificent, authentic, clad in American pine memory. Very suitable as a playroom for the children, meeting room or space to make music.
Behind the house is a large enclosed garden with garden furniture.
The house offers extra atmosphere, all original details are available yet. (Beamed ceilings, built-in locker cabinets, interior shutters, wooden floors).

Location and surroundings of object
SEELAND,FAHRRADLAND Even in winter, the surroundings of Groede are attractive for a relaxing weekend because of the many hiking and cycling trails with their beautiful nature.
But Zealand is also characterised by its terraces and the quality of its many restaurants. Enjoy the crossing of the Westerschelde with a bicycle-pedestrian ferry. The MS Prinses Maxima and the MS Prins Willem-Allexander sail daily at fixed departure times between Vlissingen and Breskens. The crossing takes about 20 minutes.
Belgium, with the cities of Knokke (approx. 20 km), Brugge (approx. 35 km) and Ghent (approx. 45 km), is close by and there are excellent restaurants in the area. Bed linen rental and catering are available.

Magnificent older manor house, end of the 19th century, (type old vicarage), renovated early 2000, Situated on an atmospheric, historic market square with church and trees in the small artists' village Groede (number of inhabitants: 760 ), 2 km from beach and sea.
The village of Groede: Situated approx. 2 km from the sea, historic village is a museum street in the style of the 19th century with a hostel, a grocer's shop etc.
There is a supermarket, a post office, bicycle rental and a tennis court (for rent) .
In the immediate vicinity there are many swimming pools, playgrounds, bowling alleys and mini-golf courses. In Oostburg, (approx. 10 km) there is a golf course. In short, it is a child-friendly environment.
