Description
In a very charming and quiet location in the Baltic Sea Karlshagen is our beautiful and well equipped bungalow Marleen.
A large garden (610m ²) is ideal for sunbathing and games. A spacious living room (with fireplace) and dining room and American kitchen, a bathroom with tub and shower, a hallway with two bedrooms complete the offer.
The house has split overnight accommodation for four people in two bedrooms.
On the spacious south-east terrace there is a barbecue and various garden furniture.

Our bungalow is situated in a small holiday village of ten units at the end of a cul de sac on the left.
The plot is built on three sides and thus no direct view from the outside is possible.
The Baltic Sea beach can be reached through a small wooded area at a distance of 1000 meters. Karlshagen is a Baltic Sea in the district of Vorpommern-Greifswald, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in the north of the island of Usedom.
In a short distance, the Baltic Sea is ideal for sunbathing, sports and games. Infrastructural the Baltic Sea is well equipped. Shopping and a variety of tourist offers form a diverse framework for action

Our gorgeous grounds with mature tree growth, offers plenty of sun and shade areas (under the trees) on our garden area.
The island of Usedom is really worth a visit, not for nothing is it called the sunny island of Germany (average 1906 hours a year does the sun shine Usedom) and the Riviera Pomerania.
Lots of nature and sandy beaches is 40 km, as well as offered, thought-excited Penne Warnemünde.
Thus, the total of the natural park Sayagyi declared island, a paradise for nature lovers. Usedom is simply a charming holiday destination, not only in summer but also in spring, autumn and winter.

Schöne 2 Wochen Urlaub mit einem Wehrmutstropfen
Wir waren das zweite Mal auf Usedom, erstmals in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles war sauber. Ausreichend Besteck und gutes Geschirr vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist hinter dem Bungalow. Das Haus befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse. Kein Durchgangsverkehr. Der Blick geht von der Terrasse aus auf eine große Wiese eines kleinen (privaten?) Campingplatzes. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.
WLAN war seit kurzem auch im Haus installiert. Der Netto ist sehr nah, auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Penny etwas weiter entfernt, aber auch gut zu erreichen.
Wirklich ein Bungalow zum Wohlfühlen!
Der Wehrmutstropfen: Was man wissen sollte, wenn man im Winter, Herbst oder Frühjahr in diese Wohnung kommt, wenn man noch heizen muss: Die Heizkosten sind sehr teuer. Es existiert überall Fußbodenheizung und ein kleiner Holzofen und kleine Nachspeicheröfen sind auch vorhanden. Den Holzofen wollten wir aber nicht anmachen, zumal die Dichtung der Tür des Ofens etwas ramponiert aussah. Alles andere ist aber sehr teuer, da eben fast alles über den Strom läuft. Die vorhandenen Solarpennel sind klasse, (wir haben ca. 1/3 Solarstrom genutzt) werden aber vom Strompreis her nicht anders berechnet. 0,30 Euro pro kWh werden berechnet. Wir haben sehr zurückhaltend geheizt, da wir von früheren Wohnungen wussten, dass es teuer wird. Trotzdem schlug die Heizung von den Kosten her bei 2 Wochen (120 Euro) massiv zu.
Schön wäre, wenn es die Möglichkeit gäbe, Küchenhandtücher, Handtücher und Bettwäsche vor Ort zu mieten (natürlich gegen Gebühr). So muss man dies selbst mitnehmen.

ich stelle auch jedes Jahr 1,5 Raummeter Brennholz Buch zu Verfügung. Dies können die Feriengäste in der kalten Jahreszeit kostenfrei nutzen.
