The south facing 50 sq. metres terrace is well equipped with 4 sun beds, table and chairs, an outdoor shower and a BBQ. A large sun awning offers sun shelter throughout the day.

Location and surroundings of object
The Villas, apartments and holiday homes of \"Capistrano\" are surrounded by well maintained parks and tropical gardens.
The unique Pool area of \"San Juan de Capistrano\" is only a stone´s throw away from the holiday home Villa Limón, about 150 m. The area is beautifully designed as a lake with an island of rocks and surrounded by spacious green areas for relaxing on towels or available sunbeds.
Two Restaurants/Bars are serving during most time of the year (except November to March) mediterranean and international drinks/food. Parents with smaller children can also use a special pool area with easy access. Nerja is one of the most beautiful towns of the eastern Costa del Sol. There are breathtaking views of the coast from the Balcon de Europa, an elegant promenade jutting out on a cliff and situated just off the town centre.
Nerja´s most famous beach is \"Burriana\" with a wide sandy beach line and dramatic views to the sourrounding mountains. The promenade of Burrinana beach offers a wide range from typical spanish to international restaurants, bars, small shops and boutiques.
There is a regular bus service into town and to the beaches leaving every 30 minutes, but you can also easily walk there in 20 minutes.
