Description
Very beautiful, massive and 4-star DTV-certified house (approx. 110 sqm) on two full floors with more than 50 sqm balcony and terrace area and 1200 sqm natural plot, located directly at the forest, with a view into the upper Eder valley. The house has been extensively renovated in recent years and equipped with two new bathrooms, among other things. WLAN is available.
On the upper floor there is a living room, the kitchen and a small bedroom.
The living room has a large window front with a fantastic view of the valley and the Sackpfeife, the highest mountain in the region. The living room has a flat-screen TV, an open fireplace, a sofa corner and a dining area
The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, a cooker, an oven, coffee maker and dishwasher.
In the bedroom there is a double bunk bed.
On the lower floor there is a shower room and a bath, another living room with a pull-out sofa (lying surface 1.80x2m) and a workplace as well as another bedroom.
The bathroom has a bathtub with integrated shower, a double washbasin, toilet and washing machine. In the shower room you will find a ground-level shower as well as a washbasin and toilet.
In the bedroom there is a double bed and enough wardrobes to store your clothes. There is another satellite TV in the downstairs living room.
We have also equipped the house with an extensive collection of board games, Lego and books.
In front of the house you will find two open spaces for parking cars.
The balconies are oriented so that there is a sunny spot from early morning until late evening. A barbecue is available.
The property is partly wooded, natural and quite steeply sloping.
Firewood is available in sufficient quantity.
The holiday home is a non-smoking house.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is on the hill - from the centre of the village you walk or drive about 1km uphill. The one-lane road is a dead end, behind the house there are only two more. Therefore the location is very quiet. It is less than 10m from the front door to the forest.
The house has been extensively renovated in recent years. It has been in the family for about 40 years and is lovingly furnished and well maintained. The landlords take good care of their guests, and there is a contact person on site for questions or problems
The town of Hatzfeld lies on the extreme south-western edge of the Waldeck-Frankenberg district north of Marburg on the upper reaches of the Eder in the midst of a densely wooded low mountain landscape. Many areas are designated as landscape conservation areas and thus offer untouched nature.
The typical low mountain range landscape of the Upper Eder Valley, whose heights range from 325 m to altitudes of around 675 m, always offers charming views and numerous opportunities for various leisure activities for young and old at all times of the year. An extensive network of well-marked and award-winning paths invites you to go for walks, hikes, Nordic walking tours, jogging or cycling in the beautiful landscape. In Hatzfeld itself there is the Panorama Trail, which passes directly by the house, the Eder Heights Trail, the Forest Nature Trail with comprehensive and interesting information about the local forest and the Hang Gliding Tour. It is also not far to the Rothaarsteig or the Kyrill Trail. Hatzfeld is also on the Eder cycle path, which is not only great for cycling, but also for inline skating or running.
Shopping facilities such as a supermarket (Edeka), bakery (with café), butcher, handicraft supplies, petrol station, etc., banks and doctors, pharmacy, a post office and a dentist are available
The Sackpfeife nature reserve is 8 km away and can also be easily reached on a beautiful hike (duration approx. 2.5 h). There you will find a summer toboggan run, an Indian village, bungee jumping, a petting zoo and wonderful playgrounds, as well as barbecue and picnic facilities. Lake Edersee with its extensive range of leisure activities is approx. 45 min away by car, the Fort Fun adventure park approx. 60 min
In the winter months there are numerous opportunities for tobogganing, and there is a small ski area on the Sackpfeife. Winterberg is 30 km away with a good ski lift carousel, the largest connected ski area north of the Main line with around 15 km of pistes and a choice of 21 lifts.

Holiday cottage Sackpfeifenblick
A spacious, clean and perfectly equipped or very tastefully furnished holiday home with extensive terraces/balconies and great distant views.
The furnishings and the generous layout of the house leave almost nothing to be desired.
This is an excellent location to find peace and relaxation.

Very quiet holiday
We found it very positive that we were left completely alone. So you could have a very relaxing holiday in seclusion. There was no telephone and we had no mobile phone reception. We are writing this because it was absolutely beautiful for us. Thank you very much, also for the nice contact, both before and after the holiday.

Wohlfühloase
Für Naturliebhaber ist dies ein ideales Domizil! Der Wanderweg beginnt vor der Haustür!
Mit dem Auto erreicht man die hübschen Orte Winterberg /Kahler Asten, Bad Berleburg, Bad Laasphe sowie Frankenberg/Eder innerhalb einer halben Stunde, in einer Stunde ist man am Edersee oder in Bad Wildungen.
Durch die Hanglage des gepflegten Hauses gibt es Balkone auf zwei Ebenen mit sehr schöner Sicht. Sehr gemütlich ist der Wohnbereich mit Kamin; Wohlfühloasen sind das neue Bad und die neue Dusche. Insgesamt: für Naturliebhaber und Wanderer empfehlenswert!!

Erholung pur
Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus für Wanderfreunde leichter und mittelschwerer Touren. Und auch die Kultur kommt nicht zu kurz (Cafés und Kino in der nächsten Stadt).
Zum Haus selbst: Küche mit Spülmaschine (wer mag in den Ferien schon abwaschen), großer Aufenthalts-/Essraum mit Kamin und wen man sich mal aus dem Weg gehen möchte, ist ein zweiter Aufenthaltsraum im Untergeschoss. Absoluter Pluspunkt: komplett neue Sanitäranlagen!!!
Und auch nicht unwichtig: für Ortsunkundige liegt eine Infomappe bereit.
