Our holiday home in Weimar is located approx. 1.8 km from the historic city centre. Enjoy the quiet location and the wonderful view of nature. In a short time you have reached the city centre .
In our lovingly furnished, approx. 80 sqm large holiday home you will find peace and relaxation. Up to 6 people can stay comfortably overnight.
The holiday home offers you two bedrooms with double beds, which you will of course find made up on the day of your arrival. An additional child's bed can be set up. Another bedroom is equipped with 2 separate sofa beds
The cosy kitchen is equipped for 6 people with crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans and everything else you need to prepare a meal. You will find a fridge with small freezer compartment, electric cooker with oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and kettle.
You can take your meals at the large dining table. A small assortment of spices is available.
The bathroom has a bathtub (with shower option), WC, as well as sufficient space for your personal hygiene articles. (For rentals of 3 persons or more, an additional toilet with washbasin is available)
In the cosy living room you can relax, play or read a book from the small "library". You are welcome to use information material about Weimar and the surrounding area, as well as a city guide and a city map of Weimar.
The property offers both sunny and shady places to rest and relax. Children have room to play and romp around.

Our holiday home is located in the green belt of the city, about 1.8 km from the historic city centre in a quiet location.
In the neighbourhood is a residential property, gardens as well as fields and meadows,
The seating area is spacious and cannot be overlooked. The cultural city of Weimar offers numerous excursion destinations and sights such as: City Palace, Wittumspalais, Belvedere Palace and Park, Tiefurt Palace and Park, Ettersburg Palace and Park, Bauhaus Museum, Buchenwald Memorial, Weimar City Hall, Liszt House, Kirms-Krackow House, Goethe's Residence with Goethe National Museum, Schiller's Residence with Schiller Museum, Park on the Ilm, Goethe and Schiller Monument, Historical Cemetery with Prince's Crypt

A house and garden dream like in a fairy tale!
Even though it was extremely rainy during the unfortunately much too short weekend I spent in the beautiful and well-equipped house of the Schmidt family, I could sense the beauty and generosity of the garden - albeit more from the inside - and enjoy the cosiness and security of the pretty house
I found it particularly precious that there is no wifi router inside, which makes for a really good night's sleep - that is almost never the case in other houses
So please preserve this gem and keep it safe, dear Schmidt family, so that sensitive people who are sensitive to electrosmog can continue to travel in the future - the places to which this is possible without sleep disturbances are unfortunately becoming fewer and fewer, so that I always like to come back to you when I travel to Weimar - regularly for work reasons

Einfach wohlfühlen.
Meine beiden Kinder (10 / 12) und ich hatten eine absolut traumhafte Woche.
Uns ging es ganz einfach nur ums Abschalten, Entspannen und Fahrrad fahren, wofür dieses Ferienhaus perfekt geeignet war.
Das Highlight war dabei die Nestschaukel im weitläufigen Hof, welche meine beiden quasi nonstop genutzt haben.
Doch auch sonst war alles in bester Ordnung.
Sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet, toll ausgestattet und obendrein ein top Ausblick (zu unserem Glück bei wolkenlosem Himmel und strahlendem Sonnenschein), vor allem aus dem Wohnzimmer und der Küche.
Sogar ein (Bio-)Supermarkt, eine Apotheke und Tankstelle sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, um nur ein paar Beispiele zu nennen.
Wir möchten uns abermals bei Familie S. (bin mir nicht sicher ob ich den Namen hier veröffentlichen darf) ganz herzlich für die sympathische Gastfreundschaft und schöne Zeit bedanken.

Wohlfühloase am Rande Weimars
mit Liebe ausgestattetes Feriendomizil welches alles hat was man braucht. Was u.U. nicht von vornherein da ist, organisiert Frau Schmidt gern.
Großes Grundstück mit Sonnenterasse und auch schattigen Plätzen gestattet Sommererholung und Spielen für die Kinder.
Gastgeberin wohnt auf dem Nachbargrundstück, das schafft angenehme Nähe für alle Fälle, trotzdem ist man ungestört.
Ohne Auto läuft man ca. 30min bis in das Stadtzentrum, wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig mit unverbautem Blick auf die Felder!
