The poolvilla "Solmar" was built to a high standard (including central heating) and is located in a calm neighborhood of detached holiday houses close to the sea. The beach of Praia da Galé is only about 350m away, in a distance of about 200m you find an excellent supermarket. There is a beautiful sea view from the terrace of the 1st floor and a wide panorama from the roof terrace. Both terraces are furnished, thus making it possible to relax und enjoy fascinating sunsets.
The ground floor offers e large dining and living area with a chimney, 1 bedroom with bath "en suite", 1 bathroom with shower and the large, completely equipped kitchen. The 1st floor has 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. In the garden a salt water pool with its terrace invites to have a refreshing bath and to relax.

Location and surroundings of object
Praia da Galé beach is about 6km away from the city and the new marina of Albufeira. It offers several km of sand beach westward as far as Armação de Pera, walking trails over the coastal plain and cliffs with beautiful rocky inlets ( Evaristo, Castelo, S. Rafael) eastward towards Albufeira. In the surrounding area there are many leisure and sports facilities, "Salgados Golf".
Praia da Galé is a calm settlement of mainly family and holiday houses about 6 km west of Albufeira. The house Solmar - detached with garden and pool - is surrounded by other villas. Nontheless there are various infrastructures nearby: several restaurants ( on the beach) and a very good supermarket can be reached quickly - just walking. You may well do without a rented car if you do not intend to engange in extensive sight seeing.
