This tower villa is located on the outskirts of the small town Benidoleig on the Costa Blanca. In a secluded location with panoramic views over the whole year green Orba valley and located right behind mountains is offered as well as to the east is a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. Not far you get in the typical Spanish village of Orba with restaurants and bars. The villa has 3 bedrooms which are air-conditioned 2, and two bathrooms. An internal staircase leads to a spacious living room with open kitchen. From the living room leads to a Naya (covered terrace) and in the pool area with sun terrace and barbecue area. A Wifi network is available.

Location and surroundings of object
This villa is situated on the edge of the small town Benidoleig on the Costa Blanca. In a secluded location with panoramic views over the whole year green Orba valley and located right behind mountains is offered as well as to the east is a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. Not far you get in the typical Spanish village of Orba with restaurants and bars. The house has 3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. An internal staircase leads to a spacious living room with open kitchen. From the living room leads to a Naya (covered terrace) and in the pool area with sun terrace and barbecue area. The villa has a quiet and sunny location surrounded by Mother Nature, near the pretty places Benidoleig Orba and where you have plenty of opportunities for shopping. You will also find several restaurants and bars. The fantastic beaches of the Costa Blanca are reached in about 15 minutes by car. The near Orba valley with some typical Spanish villages and citrus olive and almond plantations invite you to explore and linger.

Silencio
Wir verbrachten zwei schöne Wochen in dieser tollen Villa.
Abends haben wir auf der überdachten Terrasse den Ausblick über das wunderschöne Tal bis hin zum Mittelmeer genossen. Der Pool bietet eine gute Abkühlung und wird regelmäßig gewartet.
Im Haus gibt es alles was man für die alltäglichen Dinge benötigt. Uns fehlte es an nichts.
Die Hausübergabe vor Ort war unkompliziert und zügig. Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter lief ebenfalls problemlos.
Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen!

Traumurlaub in Traumfinca
Der Name der Finca ist Programm, wirklich sehr ruhig am Berghang gelegen, grandioser Panoramablick übers Tal bis zum Meer. Tolle, sehr gut ausgestattete Finca mit sehr schönem und gepflegten Pool. Übergabe einwandfrei mit super Betreuung vor Ort. Unbedingt zu empfehlen - hervorragende, nicht überlaufene Strände in der Nähe, nette Lokale in der Umgebung. Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) sind begeistert und werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Traumhaus in Traumlage
Sehr schönes hoch gelegenes Haus in Alleinlage mit einmaligem Ausblick auf Plantagen, Berge und das Mittelmeer. Es ist mit allem drum und dran ausgestattet, selbst ein großer Gasgrill! Der tolle Pool hat dafür gesorgt, dass man mit der ganzen Familie auch mal "zu Hause " bleiben konnte, um bei dem schönen Wetter in Spanien eine angenehme Abkühlung zu bekommen.
Es ist genügend Platz für 6 Personen und trotzdem ist es sehr gemütlich.
Die Umgebung bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas, kleine idyllische Orte und sehr schöne Strände, aber auch alles in groß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch reichlich.
Es war eine sehr schöne Woche mit großem Erholungsfaktor in der Villa Villa Silencio und wir werden gerne wieder hinfahren.

Pure Erholung
Die Villa hat eine einmalige Lage. Ruhig, tolle Aussicht und trotzdem dicht an tollen Stränden. Ideal für uns, 4 köpfige Familie, um die Akkus wieder aufzuladen. Immer wieder!
