Description
We give our guests a 4-person suite in BALTIC PARK PLAZA complex.
The apartment offers a pleasant stay, not only in the season. It is bright, spacious and tastefully furnished, equipped with appliances of the highest quality, providing a feeling of privacy and independence.
The 40m2 apartment has a living room with living room, bedroom, bathroom and large terrace.
Kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, coffee maker. In the lounge there is a large comfortable sofa with sleeping possibility and audio-video equipment (LCD TV, radio, DVD). The master bedroom has a large double bed, wardrobe and dressing table with a large mirror.
Large, sunny terrace is south-west oriented and equipped with comfortable garden furniture. From the terrace overlooking the green residential area and the dunes and the horizon is adorned with the blue Baltic Sea.
Our guests have access to cable TV and Internet WiFi. All rooms have interior or exterior blinds, which enables a break from the sun and get the desired comfort and intimacy.

Chic holiday flat
We liked the flat very much, even beforehand the contact with the landlord was very pleasant.
The arrival and handing over of the keys was wonderful.
The property is located in a secluded area just behind the dunes.
Only a few steps to the beach and the promenade.
The furnishings are very functional and everything you need was there.
Incl. dishwasher tabs.
The very nice large balcony is nicely furnished with a sun lounger and has afternoon sun.
We like to come back.

Netter Kontakt!

Baltic Park Swinemünde
Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt zum Strand und zur Promenade gelegen. Beides ist nicht weiter als ca 4 Minuten zu Fuss enfernt. In der Wohnung mangelt es an nichts. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet viel Komfort zu einem günstigen Preis. Wir (Ehepaar mit großem Hund) haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Unterkunft
Wir waren als Familie mit Hund dort und waren sehr zufrieden. Ausstattung war absolut stimmig. Keine abgenutzten alten Handtücher oder Bettwäsche. Alles war sauber. Das Auto stand sicher durch die Tiefgarage. Enkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in der Nähe.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

einfach wunderbar
Ein schönes Apartement in exelenter Lage, der strand ist nur 100 m entfernt. Die Promenade ist topp, hier ist immer was loss. Gaststätten, Eiscafes, genug Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder sind vorhanden. Die alten Forts aus der Kaisezeit sind interessant. Die polnische Küche ist gut.
Wir kommen später wieder. Nur ein kleinen Manko hat das Apartment nach meiner Meinung, es gibt kein Sat TV, nur die öffentlich-rechtlichen Deutschen Sender.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Tiefgaragenplatz in einer geschlossener Anlage mit 7 Häuserblocks, die sehr gepflegt und sauber ist. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Strandnähe und direkt zur Promenade. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuverlässig. Wir waren jetzt bereits das 2. Mal in der Wohnung und würden sie jederzeit wieder mieten.

Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, der Balkon ist geräumig.
Die Bilder auf der Webseite stimmen mit der FW überein.
Sie liegt zentral, man kann von dort aus viele Unternehmungen starten.
Der Pkw steht sicher in der Tiefgarage und die Anlage wird rund um die Uhr bewacht.

shopping facilities: Es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten z.B. Lidl, Netto Rot / Schwarz sowie die Polnischen Supermärkte.
Es ist empfehlenswert Geld zu tauschen.
