Our holiday home is located in the middle of the skiing area Zillertalarena/ Gerlosplatte at 1600m above sea level.
Starting point for many ski tours, ski lift proximity, cross-country ski trail
In summer we have a low irritation climate for allergy sufferers due to the high altitude
Bread roll service.
In winter
The altitude guarantees snow throughout the season from December to April.
The distance to the piste, cross-country ski run or ski school is approx. 450m and can be reached on foot from the house.
If there is enough snow you can also ski down to the house.
Our skiing area includes about 160 km of slopes with all levels of difficulty, from beginner to off-piste skier, everything is possible.
For your children we have a ski school which will gladly take over the training and supervision.
Our apartments are suitable for 5 to 8 people, has 2 to 4 bedrooms with double bed .
a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin are available.
Our comfortable living and dining room offers space for the whole family.
In the outside area your children can play unsupervised. Snowball fights and building snow castles are no problem.
In the evening you can visit our illuminated toboggan run from the house. Fun for the whole family!

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in the ski area on the Gerlosplatte at 1600m above sea level. The access road is well cleared but winter equipment is required!
Krimml is located on the edge of the Hohetauern National Park and is known for the highest waterfalls in Europe, the Krimmler Falls. In summer you can use the medical healing climate there.
Hochkrimml is a district and lies at 1600m above sea level.
In winter skiing is the order of the day here. The skiing area Gerlosplatte/Zillertalarena with more than 160 kilometres of slopes offers skiing and snow fun for everyone
Sledding and cross-country skiing are among the activities as well as apres ski after a successful day of skiing.
