It is located in the upper floor of a corner terraced house and has its own entrance and a private pool that is used only by guests of the penthouses. Living is about the entire 125 sqm. Wonderful terrace with views of the Teide and the sea
Hello we returned yesterday from our holiday in Tenerife and wanted to give you a short positive feedback: the Pelikan flat is cosy and functionally furnished and has a wonderful terrace with a view of the Teide and the sea (unfortunately we could not enjoy much of the latter due to continuous rain). I would especially like to praise the owner: he was always helpful but not intrusive and spoiled us several times with his Italian cooking skills. We can fully recommend the house with Enrico as host and conversation partner.
