Description
The newly built house in seaside resort architecture is located about 10 minutes' walk from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. The semi-detached house is lovingly furnished to a high standard for discerning guests. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed in the mature residential area.
The tastefully designed garden with water feature and teak furniture invites you to linger. The teak chairs can be converted into deck chairs and a cosy beach chair offers the possibility to enjoy the small garden even when it is windy. A lockable bicycle shed and two parking spaces also belong to the house. A handcart is available for children. A travel cot and a high chair are also available. The property is enclosed so that small children can play safely or ride a tricycle.

The house is situated in the western part of Zingst. In the season open on Sundays supermarkets with bakery are within easy reach. 2 bedrooms, each with double beds, are located on the upper floor. Both bedrooms also have flat screen TVs! A 3rd bedroom in the attic is equipped with 2 single beds. The showers have shallow entries and are spacious (120x90 and 90x90), so an existing shower stool can be used. The house has a roof terrace and a garden terrace that are constantly bathed in sunlight. The modern, high-quality equipped kitchen is separated from the living room by a counter and equipped with all imaginable appliances and utensils.
Of course, you have free use of the washing machine, telephone to the German landline and W-Lan.

We were able to spend a wonderful time with 4 adults in this very beautiful holiday home. Everything we needed for a relaxing holiday was there. Starting with the 2 parking spaces, the bike shed, 2 bathrooms, the cosy bedrooms, enough storage space and a spacious living room. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the terrace and balcony extensively due to the weather, but they are both very inviting.
In October, we could hear the cranes and of course observe them within a few minutes by bike and marginally more on foot. The Baltic Sea can be reached just as quickly, as can the centre of Zingst with its well-run shops and restaurants.
For us it was the first time in Fischland Darß Zingst. A beautiful area.
We will gladly come again.

A house that fulfills all demands in every way. Starting with a spacious living area, top-quality equipment, a terrace and a sunny balcony, as well as good parking options, including a lockable bicycle shed. This makes it wonderfully suitable for exploring Fischland Darß by bike.
This holiday home can be recommended at any time.

Kurzurlaub in Zingst
Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig, trotzdem nahe an Strand, Bodden und Wald. Die 2 Parkplätze sind problemlos anfahrbar, der Fahrradschuppen sorgt für sicheres Abstellen der Fahrräder. Beim ersten Betreten des Hauses fallen einem schon Sauberkeit, die gediegene Ausstattung und die liebevolle Gestaltung der Räume auf. Das reicht bis zur abendlichen Beleuchtung und dem kleinen Wasserspiel auf der Terrasse, was wir allerdings aufgrund der Jahreszeit und des Wetters nicht voll auskosten konnten. Küchenutensilien und Geschirr sind in bester Ausfertigung und und in großer Menge vorhanden.
Die großzügig gestalteten Bäder haben uns sehr gefallen.
Ein Ferienhaus, in dem es an nichts mangelt.

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen
Zu zweit haben wir unseren dreiwöchigen Urlaub im September im "Min Sünn im grünen Winkel" verbracht.Das Hausliegt sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral zwischen Ostsee und Bodden. Unsere Räder konnten wir problemlos im Fahrradschuppen abstellen.
Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, unglaublich. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die ansprechenden Dekorationen sind von der Vermieterin, Fraus Nesshöver, sehr geschmackvoll ausgewählt. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, super Betten und gute Matratzen.
Eine schöne Terasse im kleinen Garten mit Standkorb und Teakmöbeln lädt zum Relaxen ein. Auch die kleine Dachterasse ist am Spätnachmittag perfekt für einen Apero vor dem Abendessen.
Das Haus verfügt über ein gut funktionierendes WLAN und Telefon, kostenlos, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. In der kleinen Bibliothek im Wohnzimmer gibt es interessante Bücher und viele Infos und Tips für Ausflüge in die Region. Eine grosse Auswahl an Gesellschaftsspielen für Gross und/oder Klein ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und das schöne Ambiente hat auch wesentlich dazu beitragen.
Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren Urlaub dort im Juni 2022 - immer wieder gerne.

Super Haus - bestens ausgestattet
Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet - es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben es sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die hochwertigen Möbel laden zum Verweilen ein. Es ist sehr guter Fahrrad-Schuppen vorhanden.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würden es jederzeit noch einmal buchen.

Here you can only give full points. Top clean, furnishings perfect, everything" necessary " available such as entire kitchen, fly screens, outdoor area just as good for relaxing, the entire furnishings of the house, 2 parking spaces, shed for bicycles.
