Description
Built in 2001, this beautiful holiday villa with pool is located in Cape Coral, Florida. Villa Paradise Garden is located in a very quiet residential area in the southwest of Cape Coral, near one of the many saltwater canals with access to the Gulf of Mexico. Completely renovated and refurbished in 2011, it is ideal as a holiday home for up to 6 people.
The Villa Paradise Garden has a living area of approx. 160 sqm and is fully air-conditioned. The bright and friendly living area with open kitchen and adjoining dining area is completely furnished for 6 people. The kitchen is fully and comfortably equipped with all necessary electrical appliances, as well as crockery and glasses. The small dining counter invites you to chat while cooking.
The three bedrooms (master bedroom: California king-size bed, 2 bedrooms: queen-size beds) were furnished with new furniture including new cold foam mattresses in 2011. Each of the bedrooms has a flat-screen TV and a radio alarm clock with iPod connection
The two bathrooms with shower and toilet are functional and tastefully decorated. The 2nd bathroom has direct pool access
For families with small children, we have placed emphasis on child-friendly furnishings
Villa Paradise Garden has a pool area of approx. 80 sqm in an east-facing position. The pool has a size of 33 sqm and can be heated electrically. Due to the adjustable, constant water temperature in the pool, it can be used around the clock, even on cooler nights. Please note that excessive heating of the pool will result in a correspondingly higher electricity bill.
The spacious covered terrace is equipped with a dining table and chairs for 6 people, comfortable sun loungers and a 23'' TV set
The gas barbecue invites you to cosy barbecue evenings with culinary delicacies of fish and meat.
The entire pool area is completely covered with a screen to protect it from insects and coarse dirt.
In the modern furnished living area, a 47'' flat screen TV is available for enjoyable evenings.
The villa has wireless high-speed internet (W-LAN) for free use
Washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room
The door of the double garage is electrically operated. The garage has direct access to the house

Florida has a lot to offer for the adventurous. The pulsating metropolis of Miami can be reached in about 3 hours by car via the interstate through the Everglades, and the famous Ocean Drive in South Beach invites you to stroll around. If you are in the mood for adventure, a visit to the Everglades is just the thing. The Everglades with its extraordinary flora and fauna and the possibility of an air-boat tour can be reached in about 90 minutes by car.
For thrills of all kinds, Orlando with its Walt Disney World Resort can be reached in about 4 hours.
Cape Coral is located on the west coast of Florida, on the Gulf of Mexico and in the immediate vicinity of Fort Myers, which is served by international flights from Germany via Düsseldorf three times a week. Because of its 640 km of waterways and canals, it is also called the Venice of Florida.
The offshore islands of Sanibel Island and Captiva can be reached in a short time by car from this villa. Beautiful, deserted, kilometre-long sandy beaches invite you to search for shells. As the water on the beach usually slopes shallowly, this is an ideal place for children.

Our stay at the villa was really very nice. We especially liked the pool and the whirlpool. We also found the display of the travel guides to be super helpful. The villa corresponds one-to-one to the pictures and in general, the house was very clean.
The property management was always accessible and helpful, so we felt well taken care of.
The location of the villa was very quiet, yet shops and restaurants were quickly accessible.
Anytime again, we can only recommend the villa to everyone.

Very nice house with great facilities
We stayed at the Villa for 9 days and felt very comfortable. The support from Sebastian was very good, so that no questions remained unanswered. The only downside was the mattress in one of the bedrooms. It either needs to be completely replaced or provided with a thick topper. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and would rent the house again at any time.

very nice holiday home
we can recommend without reservation. We would come back at any time. We were particularly struck by the various design objects in and around the house - very tasteful. The house is effectively illuminated in the dark.

We can only recommend this house. There is nothing lacking here. The house and the property in beautiful surroundings in Cape Coral are top maintained. The renting was without any problems, the landlord was very accommodating and surprised us with many nice attentions. The property management should not be forgotten from our side, because they also deserve praise for the pleasant handling. We came home yesterday and have already decided on a next rental in 2020. We had already been able to spend many holidays in Cape Coral, but no rental has been so attentive, so well-kept and so pleasant.
I am happy to express my absolute satisfaction here.

Here you feel at home
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Paradise Garden. Everything was perfectly furnished and really in excellent condition. We felt almost at home. We can only warmly recommend this property to anyone who is interested. The contact with the landlord is uncomplicated, quick and very friendly.

Top-Ferienhaus - unbedingt zu empfehlen
Die Villa Paradise Garden bietet wirklich alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Sehr schön eingerichtet, alles sauber und in erstklassigem Zustand. Die Küche ist modern eingerichtet und alle notwendigen Utensilien, Geräte, Gewürze etc. sind vorhanden. Die Bilder lügen nicht, es ist wirklich so schön da.
Die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend. Unser kleines anfängliches Problem mit dem WiFi wurde umgehend und kompetent gelöst. Im Bedarfsfall steht Hilfe sehr schnell bereit.
Das Ferienhaus kann bedenkenlos empfohlen werden, vom Vertragsabschluss über den tollen Aufenthalt bis hin zur Kautionsrückerstattung verlief alles reibungslos und erstklassig.

Auch dieses Jahr wieder eine schöne Zeit verbracht
Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal Gäste in der Villa Paradise Garden. Und wie letztes Jahr haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das neue Pool Bad ist grandios geworden, Kompliment dafür! Unser Lieblingsort war natürlich die Terrasse mit dem Pool.
Alles war sehr sauber und schön hergerichtet. Der Außenbereich top gepflegt, eine Augenweide!
Auch ein Danke schön an die Hausverwaltung, die immer ein sehr netter Ansprechpartner war!
Wir bedanken uns für die tolle Zeit in der Villa Paradise Garden!

Wir waren drei Wochen in der Villa Paradise Garden.
Das Haus ist sehr super schön und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Die Ausstattung ist wirklich mehr als komplett, es fehlt an nichts.
Der Pool- und auch der Terrassen-Bereich mit kleinem TV und Grill ist einfach super und auch von außen so gut wie nicht einsehbar.
Alles das Haus, das Grundstück und der Garten ist sehr gepflegt.
Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt ! Nur zu empfehlen.
Ein Auto ist aber definitiv nötig ( wie überall in USA ) da ruhig und etwas abseits gelegen.

So wünscht man sich sein Ferienhaus!
Wir haben wundervolle zwei Wochen in der Villa Paradise Garden verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, man hat nicht das Gefühl in einem Ferienhaus zu sein. Gleich beim ersten Betreten haben wir uns wohl und "zuhause" gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist in allen Bereichen überdurchschnittlich gut. Die Küche beinhaltet alles (und noch viel mehr) was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt, und das in großer Menge. Auch von der Anzahl der Handtücher waren wir beeindruckt, das ist nicht selbstverständlich.
Der Pool- und Terrassenbereich war natürlich für uns und die Kinder das Highlight. Wir haben dort viele schöne Stunden verbracht! Der Pool ist wirklich groß und sehr gepflegt. Der Außenbereich der Villa war atemberaubend. Die ganzen Palmen und Pflanzen haben das eh schon perfekte Bild abgerundet.
Der Gesamtzustand des Hauses und des Grundstücks ist sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Das Haus war wirklich super sauber, es gab überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Auch die Hausverwaltung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend gewesen, stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Die Villa liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und ein Auto ist schon nötig. Shopping und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Umgebung mehr als genug. Und wer ein bisschen Fahrt auf sich nimmt, kann an den schönsten Stränden baden gehen.
Es war eine tolle Zeit und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen....

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir waren 5 Wochen mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern in der Villa und haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service von den Eigentümern als auch vom Verwalter vor Ort immer sehr gut.
Poolbereich sehr schön. Innenbereich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Wir würden das Haus immer wieder buchen.

Traumferien im Traumhaus
Die Villa Paradise macht ihrem Namen alle Ehre. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit drei Schlafzimmern, großer Küche, großem Wohnzimmer, Pool und Terrasse. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sogar eine DVD-Sammlung und Bücher gibt es im Haus, außerdem Waschmaschine, Trockner, Gasgrill. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, von der Bootstour, über Shopping bis hin zum Baden an Traumstränden. Ein Auto sollte man allerdings haben.

Hervoragender Urlaub
Villa Paradise Garden ist eine absolute Empfehlung; sehr gut gelegen, sauber und in ein exzellenter Zustand, schön und angenehm eingeteilt und eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Die Küche macht wirklich sehr viel spass, genauso wie die Terrasse mit Pool und Grill.

Tolle Zeit in einer traumhaften Villa
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit ( 2 Erw. und 2 Kinder) in einem Objekt in dem es an nichts fehlte. Es war einfach alles da was wir brauchten.
Wir haben alle das Haus, die Einrichtung und natürlich den Pool und die Umgebung genossen.

Perfekte Villa für einen Urlaub mit Familie
Die Villa Paradise bietet für einen Urlaub mit Kindern perfekte Bedingungen. Der schöne Pool ist für alle das Highlight, der große Gasgrill bietet alle Möglichkeiten, Publix ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreicht. Die Villa ist geschmackvoll und großzügig eingerichtet, auch für den Strandausflug findet man alles. In ruhiger Lage lassen sich lohnenswerte Ziele für Familien schnell erreichen, die Tipps aus der Hausinformation waren wertvolle Helfer (Beispiel Bootsverleih). Auch der Service vor Ort war bestens. Unser Fazit: ein tolles Urlaubsdomizil mit einem fairen Preis/Leistungsverhältnis das keine Wünsche offen lässt

shopping facilities: In 5 Minuten erreicht man Publix, hier findet man alles, was man braucht, sehr gute Fischauswahl, empfehlenswert sind hier die Chicago Hard Roll Brötchen, die den deutschen sehr ähnlich sind
