Description
Confortable vacation home. It is comfortably furnished and offers everything for your dream vacation in the Mediterranean. Bright light-filled rooms. Big balcony on the garden side that also connects all rooms. The living area is located on the first floor. The house has been originally constructed on pilars. Downstairs is a storage place that is not habitable.
The pool and facades of the house have just been renovated. The houses name now is "Casablanca"
For organizational reasons arrivals and departure are saturdays during high season till

Beautyfull bathroom with shower u. WC, BD. Ideally located to reach almost everything by foot. Beach (7min), Historical village center (10 min), vegetable u. Fruit shop, bakery, butcher,fish shop, post office, (2-3min), supermarket (5 min) and yet quiet enough to spend a relaxing holiday. The private pool invites you to enjoy the sunny days and have a refreshing swim. A high cypress hedge around the whole estate protects from nosy eyes. the situation is ideal to visit Escala walking, leaving your car in the private parking place right before the house.
A little sight seeing train takes you to all the different places and beaches.
Wind-u. Kite surfing, sailing, jet skiing, diving in the marine reserve, boat trips, cycling, horse riding and much more

In Innenort is the popular beach of Riell's, and in the southeast of the beautiful beach in the cove of Montgo.
L'Escala is one of the smaller resorts on the Costa Brava, not far (75Km) to the border with France.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

L'Escala excepting very few cases in the beginning has not been affected by Covid-19.
Although the security mesures welcoming and saying goodbye to guests with distance and mask will be apllied for the good health and security of everyone. The guest are asked to bring masks with them.
A Covid-19 certified cleaning company will clean and desinfect the living space, pool, terrace and garden furniture before and after your stay.

Beautiful vacation
We were here in the house for 14 days in the summer of 2022. The landlord is incredibly nice and accommodating.
We had wonderful days there. There are many different beaches (1 main beach, several smaller coves) with very clear water. Our recommendation is clearly the smaller coves with pebble beach. The pool at the house is also perfect!
We would come back anytime and can only recommend the house.

Great holiday flat, nice village
We felt very comfortable on our holiday with Mr Jankowski. He is totally courteous and caring, even left us treats to start us off. It is possible to contact him at any time. The location of the holiday flat is ideal. You can reach everything you need on foot, several bakeries, supermarkets and also the beach with promenade. The village is very cute and invites you to browse through the many alleys. I deducted one star for the furnishings, as the available dining table does not offer enough space to sit with several people, although the flat is designed for six people.

Very clean accommodation. Complete equipment, especially in the kitchen.
Centrally located so everything within walking distance. The pool is a great place to cool down. The pool offers excellent cooling. Parking for larger cars is available directly in front of the property. The landlord is very nice and always available.

Anytime again
We, 3 adults, were totally thrilled with the Casalila and the landlord. The house is very central and yet quiet. The beach, grocery shop and restaurants are all within walking distance. We were able to use the pool in May. There is nothing to complain about, even the mattresses were very back-friendly. What we also liked and used was the bike rental just around the corner to explore the beautiful area.

House in a good location
We spent a few beautiful days in October. The house is very well located, close to the beach and the center. Equipment is functional but sufficient, kitchen utensils are somewhat outdated. The landlord (a great glass artist) is very nice. We can definitely recommend the house.

Wunderschöner Urlaub, genau wie beschrieben
Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (17 und 14 Jahre) und haben unsere Sommerferien 2016 in L'Escala verbracht. Das Haus sieht wunderschön aus - so wie es auch heißt - "Casalila". Es liegt in zentraler Lage von L'Escala, der Strand ist in 10 Minuten (Fußmarsch) gut zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist von Wohnhäusern geprägt und bietet einen erholsamen Schlaf. Wenn man abends Abwechslung sucht, findet man diese am Stand, mit zahlreichen Geschäften, Restaurants und dem weltbesten Eis!!! Sonntags findet dort ein großer spanischer Markt statt, bei dem man alles was man benötigt (Essbares oder auch Souvenirs, Handtaschen, Schuhe usw.) kaufen kann. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber und wie vorher beschrieben vorgefunden, alles war perfekt. Der Vermieter war stets um unser Wohlergehen bemüht und hat uns auch tolle Tipps zur Region gegeben. Vielen Dank, Peter!!!
Für unsere zwei Kids war der Pool ein tägliches Highlight.
Die Costa Brava ist ein unheimlich schöner Fleck in Spanien, uns ist das Klima (angenehm trocken warm) super bekommen. Wir werden dort wieder Urlaub machen.

Entspannung pur
Da wir eine vierköpfige Familie mit zwei 18 Jährigen Kindern sind zog es uns bereits zum dritten mal in den sehr abwechselungsreichen und schönen Ort L'Escala. Nach bereits eher bescheidenen Erfahrungen mit zwei anderen Mietobjekten kamen wir diesmal etwas skeptisch ( bezüglich der Sauberkeit und den Ameisen) in der Casalila an. Der Vermieter (ein sehr freundlicher Herr) begrüsste uns persöhnlich und führte uns durch unser Feriendomiziel das wir die nächsten drei Wochen bewohnten.
Zu unserer großen Überraschung befand sich das Haus in einem sehr sauberen Zustand , es gab keine Ameisen und selbst beim verrücken der Couch(da ich einen sehr ausgeprägten Sauberkeitssinn habe) fand ich keinen Staub.Perfekt, der Urlaub konnte ohne Hausputz beginnen, wie man es sich wünscht. Das Haus bietet alles was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Der Pool ist herrlich und immer sauber da der keinenfalls spartanische Vermieter die Pumpe ständig durchlaufen lässt. Der dadurch geringer gehaltene Chlorbedarf kam unserer Haut zu Gute. Die zentrale , aber dennoch ruhige Lage ermöglichte uns einen Urlaub ganz ohne Auto. Der Strand und die Promenade , sowie am Abend die Altstadt mit ihren zahlreichen Abendveranstaltungen waren ohne Probleme in ca. 15min zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war stehts um unser Wohl besorgt ohne aufdringlich zu sein und gab uns gute Tipps was gute Speiselokale oder tolle Ausflugsziele betraf. Alles in allem war es ein super Urlaub den wir alle sehr genossen haben. Wir werden uns in diesem Ort mit Sicherheit für kein anderes Haus mehr entscheiden.

Schöner Urlaub in freundlicher Athmosphäre

wir sind schon mehrfach in Escala gewesen und haben uns im
Casalila sehr wohl gefühlt. Küche sauber, das Bad könnte etwas größer sein, aber sonst war es in Ordnung. Die Schlafzimmer waren freundlich eingerichtet und die Betten o.k.
Das Haus war sehr zentral gelegen, und man konnte alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Nicht weit entfernt lag ein Fahrradhändler, so konnte man sich auch ein Fahrrad ausleihen. Der Pool war für uns nach einem Strandbesuch immer eine schöne Erfrischung. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir waren zu zweit und würden im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder kommen.

TOP Urlaub in sehr angenehmer Location
Schöne und geräumige Wohnung, gut ausgestattet (Bad und Küche neu). Wir waren mit unseren beiden nahezu erwachsenen Kindern dort und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Schöner Pool, toller Grill und ruhige Lage machten unseren Urlaub auch am und im Haus sehr, sehr erholsam. Gut gelegen, da alles fußläufig erreichbar (Strand, Altstadt, Geschäfte) - Topadresse war der Fischladen in etwa 150m Entfernung. Frischer Fisch auf'm Grill - sensationell.
Bemerkenswert nett: der Vermieter, immer um unser Wohl bemüht, entgegenkommend, dabei unauffällig und unaufdringlich. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Wahl und absolut empfehlenswert mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Wir sind überwiegend vor Ort geblieben. Girona, Barcelona und Figueres sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zu Besichtigungen und Ausflügen.
free time activities: Was man zum Sommerurlaub braucht, kriegt man vor Ort.
