Landhaus Treskersand Anno 1760,Sylt,in the south of Tinnum/Sylt,in a quiet location,is one of the most beautiful old restored Frisian houses on the island. After extensive renovation work in 2011/12, a 5-star luxury domicile with 2 holiday flats has been created.
The holiday flat "Wind" is the larger of the two, over 2 floors, for 2-5 people. Holiday flat "Sun" 45 sqm, for 2-4 people.
The furnishings are comfortable and, real wood flooring, high quality carpentry work, underfloor heating, 2 LED televisions in each accommodation unit, SAT-TV, W-Lan, etc
A private parking space, as well as a beach chair and garden furniture for your own "garden", are available.

Location and surroundings of object
In the south of Tinnum, quiet location of the island. Not far from the Tinnum meadows, Rantum basin and the proximity to the west beach, make living in Landhaus Treskersand a holiday oasis. In the south of the Frisian village you will find the village of Tinnum,
with idyllic small Frisian houses, narrow and densely green lanes. The ALTE LANDVOGTEI, demonstrably the oldest house on the island, built a few streets away, offers an unobstructed view of rural Sylt with its extensive fields and paddocks.
The Tinnumer meadows invite you to beautiful walks and the central location puts the other island towns, Westerland and Keitum, in the immediate vicinity. The sea is also close in every direction.

Incredibly beautiful!
We spent our holidays in the flat. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything is very lovingly furnished. I spent the night with my husband on the very comfortable sofa bed and we left the double bed for the children.
We would go here again!
