Freezer with 50 litre capacity. There is also a wood-burning stove. There is a high chair for the youngest guests.
The holiday home is situated on a natural plot of 2597 m². The distance to the sea is 800 m. The nearest shopping facilities are 1800 m away. There is a golf course at a distance of 250 m. There is a 60 m² open terrace area available. Swing. Sandpit. There is a barbecue available. Parking space on the property.
Young and old can enjoy themselves together in the swimming pool. The swimming pool measures up to 3.6 m in width, 7.6 m in length and up to 1.5 m in depth. The water temperature is between 24 and 28° C.
The sleeping berths are distributed over 5 bedrooms. 10 sleeping places in double beds.1 sleeping place in a bunk bed. 3 sleeping places on mattresses. There is also a cot available.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator. There are also 4 electric hotplates, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher.
There are 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. Underfloor heating in 2 bathrooms. There is a sauna where you can really relax.
Relax in the indoor standing jacuzzi for 5 persons.

Location and surroundings of object
On a large, heather-covered plot close to the wide beach lies this stone holiday home. In the morning you can often watch hares, pheasants and deer from the house
Langdal in the south of Rømø - characterised by numerous thatched houses. Langdal is situated right by the beautiful Vråby plantation and not far from a lovely beach. In the south, the nature is characterised by trees, heath and dunes, and a gravel path leads you through the holiday home areas of Sønderstrand and Landsende to the dike and beach. Due to the densely overgrown nature and the rich animal life in the plantation, this area appears unspoilt. You can look forward to numerous activities, several restaurants and good shopping opportunities nearby. Only 3 km away is Havneby, for example, which offers a cosy harbour area, restaurants and a very special island harbour atmosphere.
The beautiful nature, the long, wide sandy beach, the Wadden Sea, the North Sea, the fresh sea air, the rich animal life, the well-preserved Rømø farms, the museums and the friendly nature of the people make Rømø an interesting holiday destination
Rømø has Europe's longest and widest sandy beach, approx. 12 kilometres long and approx. 1-3 kilometres wide. There is plenty of room here for everyone who likes to swim, play, sail or surf. On Rømø's west side, the finest sandy beach stretches the entire length of the island. The beach is open and shallow and between 1-3 kilometres wide - depending on the tides. The sea regularly washes over the beach and this makes amber finds possible time and again. The northernmost part of the beach is closed off as a military area, but the rest of the beach can be used freely
It is still allowed to drive to the beach, but in order to preserve the dunes and safety, the car-free zones are constantly being enlarged
Sønderstrand is known as a "playground" for all beach sailors and buggy drivers. However, these activities do not disturb the bathers, as the sportsmen operate in specially marked sections (for beach sailors, buggy drivers and windsurfers).
