Our two-storey family house is situated on the south shore in Siófok, 150m from Lake Balaton and 500m from the centre in Batthyány Lajos Street. There are beautiful surroundings, quiet location. The house has a garden surrounded by hundred-year-old plane trees. In the yard there are barbecue facilities and garden furniture. Parking place in the yard. Free wifi internet,ping-pong table,sub,bike.dog allowed on request,against payment. Bed linen available, towels not. There are 3 independent flats in the house. The house can be rented together or separately. The owner lives here separately
FAMILY FLAT " A:
Flat on the ground floor, 100 sqm, max. for 6-7 persons
. The flat consists of: 1x3,and 1x2 bed room, a small half room (6nm)-, 1 living room (with sofa bed)
1 bathroom with bathtub, a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, etc.,)
Terrace with garden furniture and wifi internet possibility.
FAMILY APARTMENT "B" AND "C" : On the upper floor of our family house there is a studio apartment, max. for 5 persons. 2 smaller flats are located here, which can be rented together or separately. There is 1 big common kitchen and a small kitchenette.
The apartment "B" consists of 1x 2 bed room, anteroom with TV, and extra beds, and a bathroom with bathtub. The 2 rooms are in one airspace, because there is no door between the rooms. Own fridge and microwave oven
The apartment "C" consists of: 1x 2 bed room, dining room, bathroom with shower, small balcony, kitchenette with own fridge and microwave.
it is ideal for 2 persons.
In the garden there is a covered garden bench, garden furniture and a grill. Parking place in the yard. Free wifi internet, cable tv, safe, ventilator.

Highly recommended
Mr. Cserno's apartments are beautifully furnished with a terrace and above all very clean. There is a beautiful large garden with large trees and a nice barbecue area. The price-performance ratio is also very good. The landlord also speaks very good German, is very friendly and helpful. The house is located in a very nice residential area with large trees that provide cooling on hot days (similar to an avenue). The walking distance to the train station and city center is about 20 minutes, about 15 to 20 minutes to the harbor, and 10 minutes to the nearest beach.
Overall, I can highly recommend this house/vacation rental.

Hungary, super beautiful
First time in Hungary and super surprised.
The communication with Mr. Cserno was excellent. He gave lots of tips on what to see and
and he was always available if you had any other questions. Even my pets were accepted. The flats were in top condition. Very spacious, spotless. The location of the house is really close to Lake Balaton. We felt very comfortable there.

Everything great, clean, friendly, beautiful
The flat has a beautiful location, Lake Balaton can be reached in a few minutes on foot, as well as the beach promenade and the centre.
The accommodation is clean and equipped with all the necessary facilities.
Mr Bela Cserno lives on the property, but separately. He is very friendly, obliging and helpful.
We can only recommend this accommodation, are more than satisfied and will gladly come again.

Very centrally located, beautiful and clean apartment, with everything you need for a successful holiday. Only a few minutes' walk to Lake Balaton and equally short distances to the city center. We can highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back.

Herr Cserno ist sehr freundlich und war immer für uns da.Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und sauber.Die Lage des Hauses ist super in wenigen Minuten ist man am See und im Zentrum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Wir können alle 3 Appartments sehr empfehlen. Alles war sehr sauber, ordentlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist ebenfalls wunderschön groß und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage in Siofok ist super, sehr kurze Wege zum Strand und dennoch ruhig. Herr Cserno hat sich sehr zuvorkommend um unsere Anliegen gekümmert, wir kommen gerne wieder...

Dream holiday
We were more than thrilled with our holiday flat and had a wonderful holiday!
Our landlords, Mr. Cserno and Annuska, were always there for us and answered all our questions in advance via email.
The location was very nice, quiet and yet central (beach only a few minutes away on foot - "party mile" on the Petőfi Sétány within 5 minutes) and the flat was lovingly furnished. Everything was there, including crockery and free internet.
We had a really nice holiday and will definitely return! :-)

The rooms were functionally furnished. Unfortunately, there was no outside lighting on the terrace.

Wir verbrachten 4 Nächte mit 13 Personen im Haus. Das Haus ist absolut in Ordnung. Der Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top. In 5 min ist man direkt im Zentrum und in wenigen Minuten am See.

House near the beach with friendly host
For this price/performance ratio an excellent house. You only have to walk 5 minutes to the beach (with sand!). The owner was very friendly and more than helpful. We felt very comfortable in the house and can only recommend it. A perfect place for families with children!
