Description
Our spacious holiday home offers you a combined living/dining room on the ground floor with a cosy fireplace for secluded evenings. The fireplace is especially popular in winter. The living room is modern and cosily furnished. For entertainment there is a flat screen TV, a PS 3 with games, a good collection of DVDs, a large selection of books for young and old, board games and a music system. Since April 2017, we have been offering WLAN to our guests.
The kitchen underlines the spaciousness of the room, it has the advantage that you can work in it and still stay in conversation with the family. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, new electric cooker with ceramic hob/oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, blender, egg boiler, coffee machine and for that special treat: a Bosch Tassimo for delicious cappuccino, latte macchiato, cocoa and much more.
The large terrace with awning and a small, fenced garden can be reached from the living room. Here you can relax and end the day with a barbecue.
From the hallway you enter a bathroom with shower, opposite is a separate guest toilet. In the bathroom you will also find the washing machine. There is also a small storage room where you will find a hoover and cleaning supplies. Next to it, a staircase leads upstairs. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other two with beds apart (no bunk beds). In one of the bedrooms there is a second flat screen TV. Good mattresses provide the necessary sleeping comfort, the slatted frames are adjustable. For our very small guests, we have a baby travel cot with pillow and blanket and comfortable foam mattress and a high chair, there is also a nappy-changing facility. We have also thought about the safety of the little ones, there are stair gates available.
The first floor has an additional bathroom with shower/WC. Especially when there are several people, the day starts more relaxed in the morning with two separate bathrooms, you can shower at the same time and no one has to wait for the other!
This way, you are ready faster to enjoy a successful holiday day.
The rooms on the ground floor and first floor have roller blinds to darken the rooms.
A big special feature of our house is the concrete ceiling between the floors, in most houses the intermediate ceiling is made of wood. Because of the concrete false ceiling, it is not as brightly audible as with a wooden ceiling. In addition, the rooms are nice and bright, there is no wooden panelling. Many of our guests have already found this to be very positive!!!
We want you and your children to feel comfortable with us. We have children's toys, a number of books and some board games in the house to prevent boredom. For rainy days we have a small selection of DVDs for children and adults. If you are planning smaller excursions, there is a handcart. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that this will always be in working order, as despite all efforts, damage caused by the previous user cannot be repaired in time. The house also has a garage where you can store your bicycles and sports equipment.
The whole house is tiled to be allergy-friendly and we make sure that the mattress covers and pillows are cleaned regularly.
To ensure that people who are sensitive to health can also feel comfortable with us, we ask you not to smoke in the house and not to bring any pets. You are of course allowed to smoke on the terrace and in front of the house, and you will find ashtrays in the holiday home. We ask for your understanding.

Our cosy holiday home is located in a popular holiday home area in Hooksiel. It is very quietly situated in a side street, close to the dyke. There is no car noise here!!! A children's playground with swings, merry-go-round, climbing tower and slide is just around the corner, where your children can go on their own. There is a bakery in the immediate vicinity where you can get your breakfast rolls on foot. A supermarket and bicycle rental are also nearby. The beach, the indoor wave pool, various restaurants, spa facilities as well as the historic town centre and the harbour are also within easy reach. The Hooksmeer offers various water sports, regardless of the tide. If the weather is bad, you can visit the aquarium in Wilhelmshaven, where there is also the Bullermeck, an indoor amusement park. A visit to Spielstadt Wangerland in Hohenkirchen is also recommended. In Wilhelmshaven there is also the Marine Museum, 3D cinema and much more. Or you can visit the famous brewery town of Jever with its beautiful city centre. You can get anywhere quickly by car.

Well-equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to cook a delicious meal. There is a new cooker with oven and ceramic hob, a dishwasher, blender, microwave, egg boiler, toaster, coffee maker and a fridge with integrated freezer compartment. We have also attached great importance to having good pots and pans and also extensive cooking utensils. In order not to run out of dishes after every meal, we have also made sufficient provisions here, there are enough glasses, plates, cups etc.. Great family vacation
A house with everything your heart desires.
Everything you need for a "home" is available.
The house is clean and cozy, the location is quiet and central, everything is easily accessible by bike or on foot.
The terrace invites you to sit outside in the evening, we did it every night!
Reliable Wi-Fi, which our son was very happy about :-)
All in all, there was nothing to complain about! TOP!!!!

Cozy house.
A very beautiful and cozy house. It was clean, and the landlady was very nice. Everything went smoothly. It is not far to the sea and shopping. We felt very comfortable and the weather was perfect. All around good.
The house has a wonderfully quiet location and is excellently equipped. Even with 5 people, you don't have to wash all the dishes every day to make sure everyone is taken care of.
You can sit together comfortably in the garden or living room, but there is also enough space to retreat.
With Mrs. Grosse, you have a great landlady who lovingly takes care of all the guests' needs. We will gladly come again!

Familienurlaub zu Viert
Wir waren rundum zufrieden und glücklich hier gewesen zu sein nach dem ganzen hin und her im Lockdown. Ein schönes Ferienhaus für Familien mit Kindern und sogar Kleinkinder. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter und kommen gerne wieder. Die Vermieterin Frau Grosse ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin die einem immer schnell weiter hilft wenn was unklar ist. Das kleine Geschenk zur Anreise (Sekt & Schokolade) fanden wir eine sehr schöne Geste.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus
Wir waren zu 6 Erwachsenen im Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Und sehr gut mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet. Besonders für Familien mit Kindern ist das Haus mit vielen Spielen, Büchern etc.bestückt ,also auch bei schlechtem Wetter kommt keine Langeweile auf.

Super Haus
Schönes langes Wochenende in Hooksiel erlebt.
Nette verträumte Innenstadt mit guter Gastronomie.

Geräumig, gemütlich, top ausgestattet!
Wir haben uns in dem räumlich sehr großzügigem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten in aller Ruhe und Bequemlichkeit zu unsere Ausflügen starten und auch an regnerischen Tagen toll entspannen.
Es ist buchstäblich vollständig ausgestattet - vom Schneebesen bis hin zur Waschmaschine fehlte es
uns an nichts.
Die Lage in der Ferienhaussiedlung ist perfekt - fußläufig zur Strand, Innenstadt, Kurverwaltung und Hallen-Meerwasser-Wellenbad.
Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir würden es nicht nur empfehlen, sondern werden bestimmt erneut einen Aufenthalt dort buchen :)

Kurztrip
Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen, großzügigen Siedlung und ist eines von vielen hübschen Ferienhäusern. Es ist gemütlich und heimelig und es fehlt an nichts. Das gilt für die Einrichtung und viele praktische Dinge in Küche und Haushalt. Der Garten hat eine gute Größe und ist bei passendem Wetter wie ein zweites Wohnzimmer zu nutzen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können das Haus absolut empfehlen.

Entspannter Familienurlaub
Wir haben das Haus mit kleinem Garten als Familie mit zwei Kindern 14 Tage gemietet und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gab genügend Platz für uns und all unsere Sachen, selbst die mitgebrachten Fahrräder passten problemlos in die große Garage. Toller Kurzurlaub mit Sonnenschein
Wir haben mit sechs Erwachsenen eine tolle Zeit in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht.
Angefangen mit der Sauberkeit des Hauses bis hin zum super netten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, alles nur weiter zu empfehlen.
Und das i-Tüpfelchen war dann noch das sehr schöne Wetter.

Urlaub, der keine Wünsche offen ließ
Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Familie Grosse kümmert sich sehr. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir waren über Weihnachten im Haus und es war liebevoll dekoriert. Der bereit gestellte Begrüßungstrunk sowie Knabberzeug waren ein lieber Willkommensgruss. Das Haus ist besonders für Familien mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Unsere Enkel waren begeistert.. Ob Hochstuhl, Treppengitter, Babybett oder Buggy.. alles ist vorhanden. Wir waren sehr begeistert und werden sicher gerne wiederkommen.

Buchung reibungslos, schneller, sehr netter Kontakt mit den Eigentümern. Anreise völlig unkompliziert, Lage sehr angenehm in alle Richtungen (Zentrum, Hooksieler Hafen, Strand, Wellenbad, Bäckerei...) Das war nicht so schön
Die Sauberkeit in der Küche war unzureichend,uaSchimmel in der Spülmaschine.Ich hätte mir einen freien Schrank in der Küche gewünscht in den ich eigene Vorräte hätte stellen können.An den Besteckschubladen unter dem Estisch haben wir uns ständig die Knie gestoßen. Die Dekoration im Wohnzimmer fand ich persönlich ein bisschen üppig,weniger ist manchmal mehr.Die Vormieter hatten Ihren Müll(Leergut) in der Papiertonne abgelegt,dass hätte bei der Endreinigung eigentlich auffallen müssen.

Urlaub mit Enkelkindern
Das Haus hatte eine gute Ausstattung, für Kinder war vom Wickeltisch bis zum Treppenabsturzgitter alles vorhanden. Es war alles sauber und gemütlich.
In der Küche haben wir leider freie Schrankkapazität vermisst. Mit zwei Kleinkindern hat man einiges an eigenen Sachen ( Fläschchen usw.) dabei. Insgesamt würden wir die Fewo nochmal mieten.

Familienurlaub in Hooksiel
Dieser Urlaub war schon der zweite in diesem Ferienhaus. Dieses Ferienhaus ist nur zu empfehlen. Vom Kontakt zum Vermieter bis zur Schlüsselübergabe alles vorbildlich. Keinerlei Probleme!!
Als wir ankamen fanden wir ein super gepflegtes, sauberes und ordentliches Ferienhaus vor ( wie auch beim letzten Urlaub ).
Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet.
Hier kann man sich rundrum wohlfühlen.
Der Weg zum Brötchen holen und nach Hooksiel sind nicht weit.
Vor Ort ist immer ein Ansprechpartner da, wenn es mal Probleme geben sollte.
Abschließend kann ich nur sagen:
Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub, in einem gepflegten Ferienhaus, verbringen möchte, der kann ohne zu zögern hier buchen.

Schöner Urlaub, tolles Haus
Wir ( 4 Erwachsene) waren vom 7. bis zum 14 Juli in diesem Ferienhaus.
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche dort verbracht, das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt.
Von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe hat alles prima funktioniert, wir wurden sehr nett und zuvorkommend informiert , ganz toll.
Wir können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
Sollten wir wieder mal dort in der Gegend Urlaub machen ,werden wir sicher nach diesem Haus auch wieder fragen.

Ein sehr zu empfehlendes Ferienhaus
Die Woche in Ihrem Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Das Haus bot alles, was für einen Urlaub erforderlich ist. Auch das Schwimmbad in unmittelbarer Nähe war sehr sehr schön.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief reibunslos und die Betreuung vor Ort war bestens. Ein kurzer Heizungsausfall war überhaupt kein Problem und wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben. Toller Service.
Für unsere Enkeltochter war ausreichend Spielzeug vorhanden und sie hat vieles benutzt.
Wir kommen sicherlich gerne noch einmal auf Ihr Feriendomizil zurück und werden Sie auch gerne weiter empfehlen.

Schöner Sommerurlaub mit Kleinkind und Oma
Wir hatten als Familie mit einem Teenager, einem Kleinkind und einer Oma ;-) einen schönen Sommerurlaub in Ihrem Ferienhaus.
Anfragen im Vorfeld wurden schnell und ausführlich per Mail beantwortet und die Wegbeschreibung zum Haus war prima.
Die Schlüsselübergabe war praktisch geregelt, es war alles einwandfrei, als wir ankamen. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, Geschirr ist genügend vorhanden.
Für Kleinkinder ist auch alles da - Wickelmöglichkeit, Kinderhochstuhl, Treppengitter, Nachtlampe (schickes Aquarium) und sogar ein Töpfchen!
Draußen auf der eingezäunten Terrasse (prima) ist auch ein Sandkasten mit diversen Spielsachen, der wurde gerne genutzt.
Den Spielplatz in der Anlage haben wir allerdings erst sehr spät gefunden, da wäre noch eine Beschreibung hilfreich (z. B. Plan der Langen Drift mit eingezeichnetem Spielplatz).
Am Gästehaus in Hooksiel (ein paar Minuten Fußweg) ist auch noch ein schöner Spielplatz, auch mit Wasser ...
Es war ein schöner Urlaub, das Wetter war auch (meistens) gut und wir haben sogar die Krabbentage mitbekommen, da war im Zentrum richtig viel los!

Super Wohlfühlhaus
Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt in diesem sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus .Besonders hat es uns der grossen gemütliche Kamin angetan. Es hat genügen Geschirr begeben um nicht jedesmal abwaschen zu müssen. Die Betreuen war vom ersten bis zum letzten Augenblick sehr herzlich. Wir werden dieses Haus gerne an unsere Freunde weiter empfehlen.

TOP Haus TOP Wetter
Nach intensiver Suche fiel unsere Wahl auf dieses geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtete Ferienhaus.
Die Angaben im Inserat waren zutreffend. Das Haus befindet sich in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand.
Hervorzuheben ist die praktische Essbar in der Küche, die vielfältig nutzbar ist.
Drei Schlafräume für bis zu 6 Personen sind vorhanden, einer mit zusätzlichem TV. Auch für eventuelle Regentage ist man hier mit Spielen, DVD-Player Play-

Schöner Urlaub
Wir waren schon zum 2.Mal in Hooksiel und haben diesmal mit diesem Haus ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Wir haben uns von Anfang an dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es war auch alles für den Aufenthalt nötige vorhanden.Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und auch das Haus war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir würden das Domizil jederzeit wieder buchen und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Tolles Haus
Wir haben uns in dem Haus super wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte uns an nichts.
Zur Begrüßung stand eine Packung Merci und ein Picolo im Wohnzimmer....nette Geste! Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das wir die Bettwäsche und Handtücher vergessen hatten, war kein Problem, ein Anruf und innerhalb von 30 Minuten wurde es gebracht und unsere Betten bezogen! super Service!!! Unsere Kinder haben den kleinen gemütlichen Garten genossen. Wir würden diese Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen und werden es auch für nächstes Jahr wieder buchen

We knew this part of the North Sea through day trips We liked the tranquil place with its restaurants and cafes. The proximity to Horumbersiel and Schillig and the towns of Jever and Wilhelmshaven is also ideal. At some point we fulfilled our dream and bought a holiday home here.
