Description
A dream has come true and we would like to share it with you - experience the luxury of a floating house. Live on our 70 m² houseboat Lagoon one, firmly anchored in the Marina Neuhof, equipped with a large living area with an integrated, fully equipped galley kitchen. The sleeping area is divided into 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bunk bed with an additional pull-out sleeping facility. In the living area, a leather seating area and a dining area with seating for 4 await you. The granite-covered worktop with integrated ceramic hob offers a cosy dining area at the end for a further 3 ürlich is our houseboat equipped with a full bathroom with shower and toilet. Through the installation of a heat pump, you can realise the desired temperature at any time of the year, whether heating or cooling, or sit comfortably by the fireplace in the evening with a glass of wine. For the nice days you can use our 70 m² roof terrace with partial roofing as sun protection. Our houseboat is a non-smoking boat, we would like to ask you not to enter the houseboat with street shoes. Please use shoes with light-coloured soles or slippers (teak floor) - we thank you for it

Location and surroundings of object
The Marina Neuhof is located in Stralsund, about 6 km to the east of Stralsund, overlooking the island of Rügen. You can reach the houseboat on a massive jetty. Parking is available. The Marina is a beautiful restaurant with excellent cuisine invites you to linger. The island of Rügen is favorable over the ferry in about 4 km away Stahlbrode and so avoid the large tourist traffic. Call us, we are always ready for you. Wir kommen schon im 3. Jahr hier zum Urlauben auf das Hausboot. Es ist genauso ausgestattet wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Immer bestens gepflegt und die Betreuung vor Ort ist hervorragend.
