Description
You will find a typical, fully renovated Tuscan farmhouse, composed of the owner’s part and two comfortably furnished apartments for our guests. Outside, there is a lot of space for relaxing, with swimming pool, track for bowls, barbecue, pizza oven, big stones that serve as tables and seats, with a panoramic view over the Val di Cornia until the sea and the Island of Elba.
Our guests appreciate San Guglielmo's friendly atmosphere and warm, sincere hospitality. The quietness, the splendid nature and our genuine products will ensure unforgettable holidays.
The APARTMENT EUCALIPTO of 42 sqm is located on the upper floor and is suitable for two adults and one child. It is composed of:

Location and surroundings of object
Our farm is located in a peaceful area over the Cornia Valley, between Volterra, Massa Marittima, Cecina and Follonica, nearby the hamlet of Lagoni Rossi in the municipality of Pomarance. The nearest village is Lustignano (7km), a nice medieval place with shopping facility, post office and restaurant.
Part of our land that embraces 28 ha is cultivated with fruit- and olive-trees, and a good part, covered with wood and typical mediterranean scrub with a rich fauna, invites to be explored.
San Guglielmo is an ideal starting point for visiting localities with touristic, historical and cultural interest, as well as the geothermal areas around Larderello. Nature reserves, archeological parks and beautiful beaches are easy to reach. In the nearby villages that have preserved their original characteristics you will find excellent restaurants with typical Tuscan cuisine and delicious wines. We are surrounded by renowned wine-growing regions.

A Tuscan Paradise

Wonderful!!
We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday for a week, it doesn't get any better than this! If you are looking for peace and nature, Monika and Christian are the right people for you. We had the Eucalyptus flat, perfect for a couple!
They are always there for you, but never intrusive, we felt very comfortable.
The flat is super clean and above all everything is there, really everything!
We will definitely be back! Thank you both so much! and Lex!! :)

Pure deceleration
Yes, the serpentine paths to this unique agritourism are long and this wonderful place is not suitable for classic Tuscany "tick tourism" (San Gimingnano today, Siena tomorrow and Grossetto the day after!). But if you are looking for that rare harmony of impressive solitude, unspoilt nature, stunning views with perfect living and warm hospitality, this is the place for you.
We found our perfect mix in varied days on the one hand "on the road", e.g. to the Maremma beach, to the small but worth seeing places like Sassetta, Suvereto and Populonia (60 - 90 minutes each), but on the other hand exploring on site (with the well-behaved "Lex"), resting, dozing, reading at the swimming pool, talking with Monika and Christian as well as other guests - and looking forward to making pizza together.
After almost two weeks (end of September to beginning of October) of pampering in the sun, it was really hard to say goodbye to this extraordinary place.

Vacation rental Eucalipto
The holiday apartment is very clean, well-maintained and cozy. A highlight is the pizza evening. Monika and Christian are very friendly landlords and hosts. Ideal for a peaceful and relaxed vacation. There are many attractions and small cozy places in the area.

Danke für eine tolle Urlaubswoche
Sehr saubere, gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Es gab sogar Gewürze, Kaffee, Zucker usw. sowie Kostproben von Olivenöl und Konfitüre aus eigener Produktion. Monika und Christian sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, bei denen wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Der Pizzaabend unterm Sternenhimmel war wunderschön.
Da das Haus ziemlich einsam liegt, muss man mit längeren Fahrzeiten rechnen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Wir waren für ein paar Tage bei Monika und Christian Gast und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Und sehr toll für uns war die Ruhe. Sehr schön Gelegen in den Bergen mit Blick bei gutem Wetter bis Elba. Wir können einen Urlaub hier nur wärmstens empfehlen.

The best place you can imagine if you want to rest, relax, enjoy sun and nature around. House itself is perfecty equipped, with a touch of heart, everything in tuscanan style. View is stunning, you can have long walks and if it's too hot - have a swim:) Place, house - beautiful. Adding to that owners - you have a perfect place! Warm, helpful people.. And M. does the best pizza in the world!

Idyllisches Ferienhaus

Monika en Christian zijn erg lieve mensen. Elke morgen of na een uitstap staat de lieve labrador Lex vol verwachting te kwispelen.
De woning is voorzien van alle gemak, prima afgewerkt en kraaknet, zo proper vonden we nog nooit !
De geothermie in de streek is heel interessant, verder is er totale rust als je op het terrein bent, ver weg van verkeer en andere geluiden. Daarom is het wel erg afgelegen, maar dat kan ook als pluspunt gelden voor wie de rust opzoekt.
Uw wagen heeft best voldoende bodemvrijheid, een lage vering is hier uit den boze.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung im Herzen der Toskana
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben eine sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht.
Die Lage im Herzen der Toskana ermöglicht Ausflüge in alle bekannten und zu neu zu entdeckenden Lieblingsplätzen und der sehr gut gepflegte Pool mit großzügiger Liegewiese mit sensationellem Ausblick lädt zur Entspannung nach den Ausflügen ein.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage
Wir hatten wundervolle 2 Wochen bei Monika und Christian. Hier kann man so richtig die Seele baumeln lassen und in den Tag hineinleben. (Auch mit Kind )
Es ist schön abseits vom Trubel gelegen. Die Schotterstrasse bis hin zum Haus ist ein Abenteuer aber es lohnt sich. Wir waren mit unserer 7 Monate alten Tochter hier und es war wirklich wunderbar.
Monika und Christian haben immer einen guten Tipp und sind für alle Fragen offen.
Wir können diese Ferienwohnung wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Auch die Ausstattung ist mehr als genug. Gewürze, Kräuter, Zucker, Salz alles da. Sogar Spülmittel und geschirrtabs gehören hier zum Service. Vielen Dank nochmal!
Wer es ruhig möchte sollte hier her kommen. Siena, Florenz und Pisa sind nicht so weit weg und man kann sie gut mit dem Auto erreichen.
Wir freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen!
Ach ja und Lex der Wachhund des Hauses ist wirklich ein zuverlässiger und treuer Begleiter!

Idyllische Ferienwohnung mit unglaublichen Blick
Wir waren eine Woche bei Monika und Christian und waren begeistert. Die beiden sind unglaublich herzliche Menschen, die einem den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich machen möchten. Ihr Hund Lex wächst einem sofort ans Herz und begrüßt einen stets freudig.
In der Ferienwohnung ist alles an Mobiliar und darüber hinaus vorhanden (z.B. Gewürze, Kräuter aus dem Garten, Zucker, Mehl etc.). Der Blick vom Grundstück ist überragend und wir konnten sogar das Meer sehen.
Das Haus verfügt über einen kleinen Swimmingpool mit ausreichend Liegen, eine Bocciabahn, Grillplatz und viel Grün.
Wir haben von dort Ausflüge ans Meer, Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa und Sienna gemacht. Jedoch ist es ein Stück zu fahren, da das Haus sehr einsam liegt und Serpentinen die Fahrten in die Länge ziehen.
Wer einen erholsamen, ruhigen Urlaub mit viel Natur sucht, sollte definitiv zu Monika und Christian fahren!

Ein Kleinod in Natur, Fülle und Einklang
es waren wundervolle 10 Tage im Oktober 2014 mit Erholung, Abschalten, Genießen, Draußen sein und die Welt hinter sich abschalten. Herrlich und äußerst empfehlenswert, wenn man eine liebevolle, dezente Atmosphäre wünscht. Die Ausblicke und Möglichkeiten sehr vielschichtig abseits ausgetretener Touristenpfade, das Auto ist allerdings Pflicht - Geothermie, Strand, Buchten, Etrusker, kleine Dörfer und Städte, Grillen zirpen, Pizza der besonderen Art und ein überaus langanhaltender Sommer im Oktober

Wenn man es ruhig mag ist dieses Haus perfekt gelegen. Man hat rund ums Haus einen wunderschönen Blick! Es gibt schöne kleine Wege zum spazieren und wenn es einem zu heiß wird ist der Pool sehr angenehm
Das Haus hat eine top Ausstattung. Vor allem in der Küche ist sehr viel Zubehör und Gewürze vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind immer für einen da und sehr herzlich!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub!
Wer Ruhe und Erholung fern des Massentourismus in der Toskana sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Auch wenn das wunderschön restaurierte Haus etwas abseits gelegen ist, so lohnt sich der Aufenthalt hier sehr und ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich hier sofort willkommen und wohl.

1 Woche im September
Tolles Domizil mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Die Wohung bietet alles was man braucht und ist dabei angenehm groß und modern eingerichtet.
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig in Alleinlage gelegen. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig! Da wir viele Ausflüge mit dem Auto gemacht haben, geben wir hier ausnahmsweise nicht die volle Punktzahl - man fährt schon ein Weilchen, bis man an seinem Ziel ist. Aber alles noch im "grünen" Bereich.
Wir können den Agriturismo San Guglielmo nur jedem empfehlen! Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit sehr netten Vermietern - auf diesem Weg noch einmal vielen Dank für den tollen Pizzaabend :-)
shopping facilities: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind einige Kilometer entfernt. Supermärkte sind dann aber gut ausgeschildert.

Erholung und Ruhe pur!
Wenn Sie sich wirkliche Ruhe und herzliche Vermieter einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung in idyllischer Lage, fernab von Stress und Hektik wünschen, dann fahren Sie zu Christian und Monika. Frühstücken Sie auf einer schattigen Terasse unterm Eukalyptusbaum, legen Sie sich mit einem guten Buch (ausreichend Bücher vorhanden)in einen der reichlich vorhandenen Liegestühle in den Schatten des duftenden Feigenbaumes. Oder spielen Sie eine Runde Boule. Für Abkühlung sorgt der immer saubere Pool. Abends bei einem guten Glas Wein dem Zirpen der Grillen lauschen und in den Sternenhimmel schauen...herrlich.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Sanfte Hügellandschaften soweit das Auge reicht. Bei klarem Wetter hat man Sicht bis auf Elba. Wenn es nicht so heiß ist, sicher auch reizvoll für Mountainbiker. Man sollte sich nicht von den Kühltürmen und Pipelines der Geothermica stören lassen, die ab und an in der Landschaft auftauchen. Die haben ihren Nutzen für die Bewohner der Orte ringsum.
free time activities: Da etwas abgelegen, muss man schon etwas Fahrzeit mit dem Auto in Kauf nehmen. Aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall die kleineren Orte in der Umgebung zu besuchen. Da war jeden Abend irgendwo ein Konzert(La Strada Musica) oder Dorffest zu finden.
shopping facilities: Nächster kleiner Krämerladen in Lustignano, nächster kleiner Supermarkt etwas weiter in Serazzano. Am besten man kauft gründlich ein, wenn man in einem der größeren Städte unterwegs ist. Und wenn doch mal was fehlt...Christian und Monika helfen gern mal aus.
