Charming Tudor House in a fantastic, quiet location in the Northern Vosges Natural Park (parc naturel régional des Vosges du Nord). The house is situated in a quiet complex in a rural environment and offers an unobstructed view of the valley and beautiful countryside.
The house is charming and comfortably furnished.
It has a beautiful, enclosed bedrooms, a niche with guest beds and a loft where even a spacious double room is with two single beds. The newly designed bathroom (2011) there is a walk-in shower, a modern suspension toilet and a large sink. The cozy living room there is a flatscreen satellite TV and DVD player. We have WiFi Internet, which can be used free of charge by our guests. Our guests can call for free to landlines in almost all of Europe (after Germany).
The spacious kitchen is modern and has many extras. Our cottage has a cozy front terrace with beautiful furniture, but the back also, and there you can enjoy the magnificent views. They always have a place in the sun or shade.
The house is comfortable for 4 to 5 persons. More people may be possible, but only on request.

Location and surroundings of object
Idyllic conditioning inside the Natural Park of Northern Vosges, together with the Palatinate Forest in Germany, World Heritage Unesco. Endless hiking opportunities.
The complex has a swimming pool (heated in spring and late summer), tennis court and children's playground, all of which are free to use by our guests. We are 12 km from Wissembourg, a charming town which still enchants us. Hunspach, Betschdorf, Soufflenheim, Seebach, everything beautiful Alsace-villages are not far. The Goethe village Sessenheim is near. We are 45 km from Karlsruhe, 45 km of Baden-Baden and 55 kilometers from Strasbourg. Also Colmar, Riquewihr, Obernai, the Haut Koenigsbourg and Mont Sainte Odile are charming places that are easily accessible from our house on a nice day trip.
The area is ideal for a relaxing holiday right! But for small children and also culturally are in the department of Bas-Rhin, and directly on the border in the Palatinate Forest, enjoy yourself. From the house you can make endless walks in a very nice and quiet environment.
Quite a lot of tips and descriptions (also in German), as well as maps and hiking maps are available in our house. The house is situated in a complex next to the forest with stunning views in the Northern Vosges Natural Park, at the edge of the village Pfaffenbronn (municipality Lembach), a small farming village with no shops. Only there is an extraordinary restaurant (the Müller family), where you can eat wonderful in weekend Flammekuchen (or tarte flambée). The restaurant is very popular, not only by people from the immediate area, but also by tourists from Frank sufficient and Germany, sometimes a long distance to go to Muller to eat. Nearby there are many good restaurants, among others, the Auberge du Pfaffenschlick and the Ferme Auberge des 7 Fontaines. Let us surprise you, you will not be disappointed.
Lembach, the nearest town, is about 4 km. away. There are all necessary groceries: two bakers, a butcher and a convenient grocery store. Also, there are a small newsagent where you can buy German and Dutch newspapers. Big supermarkets are in the towns of Wissembourg and Woerth.

Charming house with a cozy atmosphere, very nice landlords with a heart for dogs.
We as a family with a dog felt very comfortable in this charming vacation home. A wildflower bouquet to welcome us on the table... you immediately feel welcome. The house is lovingly furnished, very clean and well-maintained. We made ourselves comfortable on both terraces with beautiful plants and great views. The tips from our landlords regarding excursions and restaurants nearby were also very good.
We really enjoyed our stay.

Happy holidays
The house of the Bessems family is located in a very well-maintained holiday home complex, where a pool and a tennis court can also be used. The house is very nicely furnished and equipped. There are two terraces in front of and behind the house, which are extensively furnished with garden furniture. Our landlady provided us with good tips for excursions and information about the house and the holiday home complex. Our golden retriever dogs were also very welcome. There are beautiful hiking trails right next to the house. Whether it's the tree top walk, castle visits or a trip to Wissembourg, there's something for everyone here.
The price-performance ratio was perfect. We will be back!!!!! The Schatz family

Blissful peace
Very nicely furnished house, cozy and tasteful. Everything you need is available, including several travel guides and excursion tips. The area is perfect for hiking and exploring. A car is necessary for shopping. The pool is great for cooling down. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the complex, outside there is a lot of open field and forest. The properties are not fenced. Very, very nice landlords.

Lembach / Pfaffenbronn
With our grandchildren (8 and 10 years old) we visited this holiday home, which is more than "charming", for a week from July 9th to 16th, 2016. 5 stars for amenities, value for money, service and location - no question. Service and cleanliness get an extra star. The park-like surroundings of the house with its silence, the relatively large pool and the proximity to Wissembourg and Strasbourg and the Fleckenstein Castle were a special experience. And Mrs. Bessems-Topps is an excellent and friendly landlord who provides holidaymakers with great tips and information. It doesn't get any better. Thanks again for this wonderful week! Sehr gut!
Das Haus der Familie Bessems-Tops liegt in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Ferienhausanlage mit Schwimmbad in der Nähe von Lembach, Frankreich.
Das Haus ist sehr gut geschnitten, gemütlich, sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, flexibel und entgegenkommend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Empfehlung Sehr schönes Haus mit netten Vermietern
Sehr schön eingerichtetes, sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, gutes Infomaterial. Wir waren zu fünft 2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder (16, 6 und 4), und ein Hund, es war genügend Platz.Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder.
