Our country house Dittrich was renovated in 2011 and is located directly at the Settin am See estate and belongs to the private estate of the Gutshof. The holiday home with its own, fenced, approx. 500 sqm large property is suitable for families up to 4 persons and has a wonderful view of the idyllic landscape, forest and meadows. The lakes, Militzsee and Settiner See, are within walking distance (3 minutes).
The spacious terrace offers a marvellous view into the untouched nature, the open small draw with own infrared sauna.
The large garden plot with fruit trees invites you to sit and grill. Landhaus Dittrich is a fully equipped house over 2 floors. The open living and dining area on the ground floor is equipped with an antique tiled stove and offers a cosy ambience for relaxed evenings. On the upper floor there are the two double rooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet with washbasin. The furnishing of the whole house is modern and cosy. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee machine and toaster. In the summer you can also slip into a rain shower in the shed, a barbecue is also at your disposal.

All houses are private houses from Gut Settin am See! Haus Dittrich is one of eight holiday homes belonging to the "Resort Gut Settin am See".
They are embedded in a wonderful, untouched nature. The clear lakes, the lush forests are typical for the Mecklenburg countryside and radiate tranquillity - one has the feeling that time has stood still here.
You can reach us very well via the A24, A20 and A14 and Schwerin is only about 20 minutes away.
Settin is a district of Tramm/Göhren.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
